Maintenance will check appliances, heat, a/c and toilets to make sure all are working properly. Then, we paint and clean the unit and have the carpet cleaned and deodorized. If it is during our office office, you may come to the office for a key. If we come to you, the charge is $25.00. If it is after office hours, you can call our emergency line and maintenance will respond, but, there is a charge of $100.00, that can be put on your ledger.

We moved here in July 2021 and it's the first time I've ever lived in an apartment and our experience here has been nothing short of amazing! We have had a couple of issues-like for example with an appliance, and we had a window break on us out of no where (which happened on a Sunday...and was fixed almost immediately after we had called the office). Each and every time the maintenance staff and office staff have been so quick, kind, and eager to help fix whatever issues we have come across! These apartments are located in a nice, clean, quiet area too! I have never felt unsafe outside at night

Moved out and after the individual gave up a pre inspection, said it would only be $100 from our safety deposit only due to carpet being older and they had to replace anyways. Then once we moved out turned around charges us $769 for rent even though we moved out 2 weeks before our lease was up anyways and then took our $500 deposit and is still charging us $310 for amenities. They are over priced and are not up front about everything.

It would be peaceful out here, but there's a gun range just east of here and literally that's all you ever hear, day in and day out. Pop, pop, pop, boom, pop. Super annoying.
Also, open the amenities already!! The state is reopening, public areas are opening but everything remains closed here. How's about a discount on our rent since we can't enjoy what we're paying for! Your residents can keep themselves safe....enough already!

This place is perfect for you if you want to stay with your family or just alone.. they have plenty of amenities.. maintenance guys are great, they get the things done immediately.. office staff is very helpful and available quickly.. they really take care of their tenants .. campus is very clean and bright... gym is well equipped and always well maintained..apartments are spacious and clean..

Spacious apartments with great maintenance, and people at leasing are very friendly in assisting the residents. I highly recommend this place. This place has a lot of amenities to offer. Let's get to the pros and cons.
Pros:
- Excellent maintenance
- in-unit laundry facility (no need to go out or wait for your turn)
- gym with reasonable equipment (I would have given 5 stars if gym was upgraded)
- Indoor racquetball & basketball courts
- Outdoor pool, basketball & tennis courts
- Very spacious club-house
- FREE breakfast when you are lazy on a weekday

- As I mentioned, gym needs

I've never been a fan of apartment living, but the staff here at Walnut Creek has been nothing, but amazing. We have had some noise issues with the young college girls downstairs, but that's not a reflection of the apartment community or the apartments themselves.
When we found the apartment Tami at the leasing office went out of her way to help us. We were moving from out of state and she went above and beyond to have the apartment ready in time for us to move in. She has made this entire process so easy. We will be transferring into a town home shortly with her and the managers stellar help

We lived at Walnut Creek for 6 months and did a short term lease option which was one of the only places that would accommodate that situation. My husband and I were very pleased with the apartment. We felt safe and it was quiet for the most part. I loved the parking being available on either side of the building and it helped having our car right outside our back door to bring groceries in! The residents are very friendly and the staff is great. I appreciated the walks being clean very early in the morning during the winter - helped me get up and on my way to work easier. I would highly recommend
