Had a great experience! Definitely go for Leo! I got a no chip mani and pedi and it was great! He's quite shy but he'll warm up eventually but he's really good at putting his work into your nails! He's very gentle with painting them too! His massage pedi was great too. Thanks crystal nails! I've been coming here for a few months now, and this place is the best nail salon I have ever been to!

This establishment for a year now and I’ve never had any problems before today. I was supposed to be serviced by Lilly today at 10 AM. I was informed that she would be running behind and would be in at 10:15 which was not a problem. Fast forward 10:30 she finally comes in and asked me did I want a pedicure in addition to my corset manicure in which I reply no. I sat there another 15 minutes just doodling on my phone and looked up and she still was in around. I assume she was getting her things together to start with me. I asked the male employee that finished up his customer if he knew where

•Long lasting and relaxing pedicures. I'd recommend getting the hot stone or honey pedicure.
•Dip manicures only worked for me as I work heavily with my hands. Gel did not work (can be seen in red nail photo) and came right off even after I got them kindly redone. Dip here however, has lasted me for more than 3 weeks🙌!

This was my first time going to Crystal Nails. A friend recommended it to me, and this place is amazing! I had May and she did terrific job, and I am soo happy with how my nails turned out. I wanted Disney nails for my trip, and she put nails stickers on that I brought. I will definitely be going back to May!!

I really wanted to like this place but knowing they allow their customers to walk out with nails that look like this, I will not return or recommend. A basic paint job gone wrong. I had to point out the obvious and ask to fix or make it better.
I should have read the reviews & not been sold off the detail work on IG. They over charge you for services you did not receive and they do an unprofessional job. I’m not going to speak on all of them because I did not experience all the nail techs. But the one that I had, I’m sorry she obviously did not care or know what she was doing.
