The bicycle racks in the garage lower level are overflowing. Some of the bikes there appear to have not been used in years. To that end, beginning 10/15/21 we are asking bike owners to affix a sticker or tag on your bike with your name and unit number. We are delighted that you have chosen to reside here! As you know, Belt's Landing is a very special waterfront condominium with a number of fine amenities. We are a smaller building with just over 100 residential units, and we foster a true sense of community amongst our residents. In addition to welcoming you, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce a few key concepts.
Only the Freight Elevator may be used for moving. Schedule reservations in advance for use of the Freight Elevator by contacting the Front Desk and submitting a refundable freight elevator security deposit and non-refundable move in/out fee. The Moving Fee and Deposit must be paid at the time of scheduling the service elevator.
While the condo association is taking care of common area concerns, the appliances within our units are our own responsibility. This guide is designed to help unit owners address the concerns within their units related to appliances and heating, cooling, plumbing and other systems, to avoid expensive problems.
