The community association has poor poor representation of the community. I had a squatter next door for 2 years and was told to just keep calling the police. Once they finally departed, everything got better.
The units overall are spacious. The pool is great and always clean, NEVER crowded.
There’s no official playground for the many of children in the community. Schrom Hills park is the closest community park. There used to be a full playground within the community, but it was removed and never replaced (still included in HOA fee to date) and you need a key to access the tennis court.
