Bill Hyland was instrumental in helping us find and purchase a condo 10 years ago on Back Creek. We gave him two criteria (a slip for our sailboat and gas for cooking) and within a day we had found the perfect condo for us at Severn House. Bill was able to give us critical background information on the financial and structural integrity and neighborhood safety for each of the condo communities we looked at that day. This realtor doesn't seem to return phone calls from interested buyers.
I called twice over a two month period about a listings and never received a phone call or message in return. I was surprised because he had been recommended by a friend. I had to revert to calling others realtors to have my questions answered and to show me the properties of interest.
