We are a family owned and operated business in Carlisle MA (just minutes outside of Boston, Massachusetts.) Our mission is to serve our customers throughout their event planning process by delivering quality customer service and quality equipment that goes beyond tent rentals or table and chair rentals.
We carry two styles of tent rentals for your event: frame tents and pole tents. We'll work with you to define your needs and any additional event items, like chair and table rentals, you might need. A frame tent is free standing and can go on grass, asphalt, concrete, or a deck. It does not have any poles inside the tent so the square footage isn't compromised by having to plan around them.
We serve but are not limited to Small "Backyard" Weddings, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate Events, Bridal Showers, BBQs, Holiday Parties, School Events, Sporting Events and more! 90% of our tent and event rentals are within 20 miles (as the bird flies) of Concord and Carlisle.

I had a credit at Skyline from more than a year ago (we had to cancel a 2020 graduation party due to COVID). Last week I reached out and Pat responded, last minute, providing a wonderful tent for events in our faith community. Can't say enough good things about Pat & Skyline: on-time, professional, flexible, easy to work with, and a high-quality tent! Five stars, highly recommend!

I was in a jam and Skyline Event Rentals saved the day. Had a double bday party for Saturday for both my daughters. Lots of rain in the forecast. Called on Thursday. Friday morning had a tent 7 tables and chairs all set up by 11am. Skyline saved our party!!!! Can't recommend this company enough the owner Pat was a pleasure to work with as well!!!

I recently used Skyline on Memorial Day weekend for the first time. I spoke with Patrick the owner, setup a rental, and was overall happy he actually had a tent for me as it was last minute. Patrick and crew came out to setup the day and time as promised. I met him at my home to go over placement of the tent then had to run out and get things for the party. Patrick and crew finished setting up the tent and in the process they had moved one of my outdoor tables so they could get the tent up. During that process they had broken my table. Needless to say they notified us immediately of the damage

We used Skyline for our Kentucky Derby party yesterday and couldn’t have been happier. The set up process was fast and professional. The tent, table, and chairs were all in excellent condition, and having the tent provided both shelter and shade on a very interesting weather day. We highly recommend Skyline and will be using them again in the future.

My wife and I hosted an intimate backyard wedding at our home in Acton, Mass., and Pat and his team were extremely efficient (tent and lighting went up in no time), and he helped us live out the vision we had for our very special night.

I recently hired Skyline Event Rentals for a 60+ person party hosted at my home. From the first phone call, they were thorough, informative and patient, as I was not entirely clear on what I was looking for. Michael performed a site visit, offering me various options within my desired budget. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their products were, as they were well maintained and extremely clean.

I rented from Skyline for an outdoor birthday party at my home for 50+ guests. I spoke to Andrea over the phone and she was beyond helpful- she truly made this experience an effortless one and was accommodating to my all event needs. Skyline was professional, punctual, immaculate, and easy to work with. I will definitely be renting from Skyline again for any future events and I highly recommend!

Pat and his crew were diligent in setting up the event days before, putting our minds at ease on a few crucial details for our special day.
Pat is the epitome of how customer service should be conducted. He was very quick to respond to my phone calls and emails, followed up on every detail, and was able to change the original layout of some of the tents when I realized I made some mistakes

We hired Skyline Event Rental after getting their name from a local (and way more expensive) party rental company. Skyline Event Rental was wonderful! I booked them 6 months in advance of my daughter's high school graduation party. I needed a tent for a 60+person party, I also needed chairs and tables. I purchased the 60 person event package. They came the day before the party and set up the tent. The day of our party, the clouds opened up and we had multiple showers! The tent saved the day!
