WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
- denied access to a guest bringing his service animal into the building temporarily.
Under the FHA and NH law this is unacceptable.
When speaking to a rep over the phone the women interrupted me multiple times, talked over me and when I stopped letting her walk all over me she stated I was yelling and being out of control. The management was no help either.
Would not waste my time or business here!!!!

I've lived here for 2 yrs so far. I like the space and environment. Its relatively quiet I mean ups and downs as does most places. I started out at 925/month and the renewal for another yr is now going to be 985/month. Thats $30 every yr. If the economy was going up I might understand. But we're tanking with covid and everything. If I was seeing huge improvements, I might understand. But the only thing that ever looks pristine are the grounds. The actual inside units still look the same as when I moved in. Rasing rent for improvements and to go along with the market is one thing. But I dont see

Horrible place to live!! Management is horrible! They never fix anything correctly because they are too cheap to hire any professionals. The security doors have been broken multiple times so I can get into the building without keys and that is NOT SAFE!! Got attitude from Tina when I said this door has been broken 4 times in two months. She says the door is being slammed too hard. IT HAS A MECHANISM THAT SLOWS THE DOOR DOWN!! I wonder how she would feel if she lived here with no safety measures!? DO NOT MOVE HERE!! FIND A BETTER AND CLEANER PLACE TO LIVE!!
