I came to them with a repair job for my power jack(no diagnostic needed). After 6 days of convincing Kevin to do the repair, which i provided the parts for and was told they wouldn't use them, I got my laptop back repair done and working as well as it was before the damage. However I was disappointed to learn that they used my provided part and charged me full price for the part and the diagnostic (that wasn't needed or asked for).
