I found Tech Atlanta just in the nick of time to help me resolve some technical issues in my home office, that had been chronic for a short time but became accute / crisis and threatened my productivity in my business. I was able to connect to 2 "real people" at TA very quickly, and they jumped on resolving my issues even though I was brand new and not an existing customer. Alvin came to my house and was 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable - although he was here for some time, he was not at all intrusive and very helpful over all. I would recommend this company highly and expect to use

I purchased a new computer for the office recently. I could not get it to access any of the files on my network. Tech Atlanta came in and got it working perfectly. Now I can see and access all of my stuff. They even realized that we were not backing anything up. The tech explained to me that I could lose all of my office files if the hard drive crashed, which would basically destroy my company. He setup a backup system for me and educated me on how to use it. I feel like I've found the best Computer service company in Atlanta. I'll be using them for all of my computer service needs from this point

Tech Atlanta saved my life on very short notice. My computer crashed and Alvin from Tech Atlanta came out to my home within the hour. Alvin was very professional, knowledgeable, and time efficient in fixing my laptop. I am a fifth grade school teacher and I had to be able to get back to work! Thank you Atlanta Tech and Alvin for great and affordable service!
