TPK Wireless Mail-In Repair is designed for our customers that wish to mail their devices to us for repair. Simply follow the directions below and your device will be on its way to you within hours of being processed and repaired at our locations. Most devices are shipped back to our customers the same day, depending on when they arrive.

If I could rate this store, their service, and customer service a NEGATIVE 5....I would!!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! They completely RIPPED me off for nearly $300 for an iPhone screen replacement and display repair and my phone is still broken! My screen was cracked and also had display damage when I took it in to initally be fixed. . Two days after their "screen/display repair" my display had the same lines as before. Although, I purchased a warranty and clearly they did not fully repair my phone the first visit, they want to recharge me to fix the same phone and same

Hi, this place was a good phone repair place. Only $70 for IPhone 7 Plus. Only took an hour to fix and got a text message when it was ready. On arrival of picking up, Natasha was a great communicator and checked the phone to make sure volume, lock and cameras work.

Would not recommend using this company. Took my phone to get my screen repair under warranty. They would not fix my screen because the Amount of time I waited to bring my phone in. First off they Determined that based off of what my screen protector looked like. Also that I was never stated at any point in time. When I chose to purchase the warrantee it was only stated that if my screen cracks they would replace it if I still have the screen protector on. This company is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be recommending anyone use this location. They are scamming people based off of this

The original service was well done, but please be aware of buying into their expensive warranty policy. The tricky wording on the policy makes it near impossible to actually take advantage of getting your phone repaired in the future. I found the wording on the policy to be misleading and a bit scammy. They repair phones at a much higher price than competitors and it seems worth it because of the warranty, but
I was super disappointed when they use sly language to avoid fixing phones.
Save your coins and make the trip to the Iphone Wiz instead.

I normally don't make comments or reviews about local businesses; but by far the worst customer service ever!!! They did not honor their policy and spoke down to me. I will ever patronize TPK again. The best advice I have is to stick to mainstream cellular companies - Verizon, Apple, Sprint, AT&T, etc.
It's my hope that no one else experiences the same awful service that I did.

I went to this store about 4-5 times. The vibes in the store is automatically uncomforting. No one here has a good level of customer service. I stood waiting to be greeted for about 6 minutes. For what I believe was the manager at the store seemed as if she had an attitude with me. She talked way too fast, I could hardly hear anything she said. While waiting for my phone to be repaired, I hear the employees gossiping about how the previous customers were being "weird" and "uneasy." How do you feel comfortable doing that especially infront other customers? The service was good

This wireless company requires you to give a $20 deposit to assess the damage on your phone. After the assessment the $20 deposit is deducted from the job, however if you decide not to have your phone repaired you lose your deposit. The rates are astronomical and services are taxed. Couple that with the poor customer service and we're just giving our money to the Asians!

I have been a customer of TPK Wireless since they were at Greenbriar mall. I brought my wife's Galaxy Note 2 recently because the phone was cracked and broken in many places to the point that I could see the hardware inside the phone. They went above and beyond to make this trip satisfying. Not only did they make the phone sleek by installing pink screen in the front and sky blue plate in the back, they even installed a new mid frame. I didn't even expect this to be done when I came in. Now the phone looks even better than when my wife first got it two and half years ago. TPK Wireless
