Excellent. Great service and price for the Xmas gift for my wife. Very helpful and patience since it's not something I do enough. The gal that I was working with even wrapped the gift box for me. I worked with Lisa and she was so great! I was having a hard time finding my wedding band. After seeing what I was liking she said she had a few rings in mind but they didn’t have them in the store at the moment, they had all been sold. She said she would text me if/when they came in. True to her word she did and I came in to look them over. Sure enough she had one that I loved and bought! They were great to deal with and I feel the price was fair.

The nicest people. Everyone has been helpful and friendly whether we have intentions to buy or just looking. We were referred by a friend and over several purchases have had nothing but good experiences. In addition, I always try to shop and Altobello's prices have been consistently at or below their competition.

Very good experience purchasing my engagement ring here. After describing the diamond I was looking for, they had three delivered to the store to choose from. All were GIA and exactly the size and grading I had requested - diamond pricing was no haggle and matched the big two online dealers. The setting was custom cast for the diamond I chose, and involved intricate hand engraving. They finished the whole project in two weeks, and the end product was beyond expectations. Truly one of a kind!
