I've used Best Price Cleaners about 15 times since moving to Brier Creek and I kept waiting for something to go wrong given how cheap this place is. The person who attended me at this time 4:00 pm Saturday June 26, was very rude, pedantic and spoiled who dared to say a great rudeness, believing that I would not understand, and he hung up my clothes and did not even tell me one word, when I asked her a question about some clothes that I had left, walking with her back to me, she answered very reluctantly, customer service classes, and not so much bitterness and pedantic

DO NOT go to this place. I purchased a blazer from torrid and it looked good and costed $89.97 plus tax. I only wore it and took it to best price cleaners in brier creek. When I got it back, I noticed the clip thing to clip it if you want to wear it closed, was bent. I notified the lady, Jessica. She tried bending it back into place. I told her that it looks like she is going to damage it worse. She ended up ripping it off completely and told me that they didn’t fix loose threads. It was never loose. She told me to email Thair Kakar, the owner, which I did 2 weeks ago and he never responded.

They do a good job but twice now they gave me somebody elses clothing. One time it took 3 days for them to find my actual shirts, the other time I did not notice until I got home and had to drive all the way back again to get my clothing and return the wrong shirt. They make NO attempt to make up for the inconvenience other than "oh sorry". They should refund the fee or give a coupon as an apology..terrible customer service/service recovery

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I dropped off a brand new $75.00 white Nike hoodie for a cleaners service. I only wore it once and wanted it cleaned because it was white and did not want to mess it up myself from washing it. So, I took it to Best Price at Brier Creek. After picking it up I noticed it was coved in yellow dye and the Nike symbol was frayed. I took it back to the register, the clerk told me that I brought it in like that and they did not do it. I wish I could give no stars on the business! There policy is not to replace your damaged clothing but to email a person. I gave them a white Calvin Klein suit with matching top to clean. When picked up, the jacket was grey and the skirt and top were white. I was told to come back on Monday to talk to manager. When i got there they bleached my suit jacket and it’s still not white, matching my top and skirt! The manager only offers to bleach it again! That’s unacceptable! They have ruined a brand new suit. Stay away from this store if you don’t want to Ruined your Shirt. i brought in a lot of Brand new cloths for Dry clean. The reception lady asked me if i want Starch my Shirts. I asked her what will you do with it. she was so rude and tell me the price. i told her i do not care about the price, all my cloths is Brand Names and expensive clothes. i just want to know what exactly was that? then My husband pick it up after. i told him to check on the clothes before pick it up but it’s late. so he didn’t check. today i pull out all of the shirts to check and see what’s i found all of them burned

I brought in 2 2pc suits and they look great! Although the place smelled funny, my clothes didn’t smell when I got them back. I checked over them in the parking lot based on the reviews here. I also got them a day late (based on reviews again) but it was prepared when I got there. I’m so used to paying $30+ for my dry cleaning and it was really nice to pay $11 for a great job!

Stay away from this place! They "lost" a $200 shirt then offered $15 to replace it (10 times the price of the cleaning). After giving the manager almost a month to find the shirt, I went in to discuss reimbursement. He took me through past the check out desk to go back to his office. There he started off with a story that he had an accident in the shop and never really looked for my shirt.
