Based on most of the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I should have paid more attention to the latest reviews because those reviews are not good. New to the area, I am still exploring. First time there, it took them almost 30 minutes to just check me in. lol - there is a sign on the door saying Help Wanted and that is true. The lady was completely scrambled in how best to take my name and put it in the system. I figured it was just a bad day. Came back about a week later to pick up the items. This Dry Cleaners consistently loses shirts whenever my family uses their services. Whenever I visit the staff seems to be completely clueless on where half of the shirts are when I come to pick them up, Even after I've been texted they are ready. I hope this consistent issue is resolved as I plan to take my business elsewhere and this is a convenient location for me.

I 100% do not recommend this dry cleaners. While they’re quick to turn clothing around, they’re sloppy. We have received many dress shirts back with buttons missing or cracked even after talking with them about it. When they replaced the buttons they did not match. Tonight was our final straw when I came to pick up dry cleaning at 6pm, one hour before closing, only to find a note on the door saying they’d be back in 30 minutes. I waited until closing at 7 and no one ever showed up. We will be picking up our clothes first thing in the morning and will not return.
