It will make your family and friends gatherings a memorable occasion from an informal get-together to a formal banquet. Chef Mariano's enthusiasm for the culinary arts shows in his work, from working with us finding the right choice of dishes to his attention to detail the food was amazing. This food is amazing. If you haven't tried it yet, u need too. El Gaucho catered our event and Mariano was very professional and the food was fantastic. Not sure how this is only catering, I would pay big money to go have this food in a high quality restaurant. If u need catering, I highly recommend. I will definitely be contacting them again.

I was lucky to have experienced El Gaucho Catering at my apartment building. Every First Friday our building would cater for us from different restaurants. Mariano's dishes were so well received that we all just kept asking for him to come back and ditch the other choices!

Just ate El Gaucho Catering food recently and it blew my mind away how good it was!!! I ate the most delicious breaded chicken topped with marinara sauce and fried tomato over pasta along with a veggie salad that was amazing! I highly recommend El Gaucho for any of your catering needs! 🙌🏼👍🏼😁

Need great food for your event? This is the guy! He makes some authentic Argentina cuisine and uses these flavors in other dishes.
We had a holiday party where he made appetizers that were not only stunning but mouth watering. As the hostess, I barely got around to taste all the food much less get pictures. I managed to snap a few before the plate got emptied.

Mariano was extremely helpful as our plans and guest count continued to change, he provided us with excellent new food ideas and quick quotes to help us ensure we stayed within our budget.
