After teaching for ten years, I crossed over to "the dark-side" and became an Administrator (Dean, Director, Assistant Principal and Principal) now for 14 years. As a building administrator, I could never pay my teachers for all the times they went above-and-beyond and deserved extra pay; but I could cook for them.

A gratifying and delicious choice.
We naively decided to host our wedding reception in our back yard. Not a huge affair - around 50 guests. It was my responsibility to find a caterer. After some preliminary on-line research, Rosey's Cocinita Catering looked like the excellent choice because of menu and pricing. It was.
I explained to Rosey our plan, our preferences, and my apprehension. She gave me a reassuring, "We got this!" And thanks to her we did.

Rosey's is one of my new go-to's when I want to treat myself to an amazing meal. The mix of tangy, savory, sour, and sweet makes for a unique dining experience. And they cater to the vegetarian and AIP crowds, as well. The nightshade-free carnitas are simply amazing - bumped up to my "top 10 meals ever" list. Whether you're eating in or catering an event, make Rosey's your go-to!!!

WOW, service with a smile AND delicious food! It’s been a while since I’ve actually finished eating out and been this satisfied and happy. Tonight I had coconut rum shrimp it was sinfully delicious. The elote was wonderful. I splurged on some spicy guacamole to dip some chips in later that was a creamy delight!

I had the chicken tacos last nite with guacamole and angry chili’s. They were fantastic! My meal came with rice and a side of elote. I have to say that my meal was delicious! The prices are very reasonable making this fabulous meal a great value. I can’t wait for my next taco Tuesday.

Excellent food that pairs the entrees and sides in a way that layers the flavor in a delectable fashion. If you are a foodie looking for a fusion of flavors or someone that just loves well-prepared food, Rosey's Cocinita should be on your "have to experience" list! I'm sure you will be back again for more!!
