0 stars. My 1st time going there & it will be my last. The workers are lazy & the place lacks customer service. Went there at 8:10am. I was the only car there when they were finished my mats were still dirty, when I opened the door dirt & leaves still in the hood. Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your money & go there.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Terrible car wash with an owner who doesn’t care. Spent 40 dollars for their top tier wash and they didn’t dry my car clean my wheels or properly vacuum the interior. I brought up to the owner and he rudely told me to move my car as I was trying to dry it myself he claimed he needed my car moved so he can run his business. He will run his business right into the ground if that’s how he thinks a business should be run. When I pointed out the incompetence he rolled his eyes attempted to wipe my wheels and then walked away. I didn’t realize washing a car was so hard. Some people unfortunately

Went here today, October 31, and I have never seen such a poorly done job. I have went here for years for years, however the guys that cleaned my truck today were beyond lazy. My windshield, mirrors, and windows were still wet. My wheels were still noticeably dirty. I waited to give them the benefit of the doubt to finish cleaning my truck, however I had to pull over next to the car wash and finish cleaning it myself. The guys did not seem to mind that I was doing the service I paid them to do. Waste of money, and my time. This will be the last time I get services done here

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
These new owners took over a few years back and the place hasn't been the same. I've given them multiple chances. The father and son management team shouldn't own a business where customer service is important. Quality of the washes has gone down tremendously

I used to come here when I lived in the Essex county area and it was great back then. Now not so much, a few worker's here were very rude to us. "Screaming" to not go in the waiting area and that the store was closed inside. Yet no signs were posted. Very unpleasant experience and mediocre wash on top of that. Guess I'll stick to washing my own car...

BAD SERVICE, LAZY WORK, I work in the area but never been there before, tried them today to clean car after morning's snow shower, car was white with salt.
Paid extra for undercarrieage thinking to get a good clean up, how wrong could I be hoping for it.
As soon as drove out of tunnel, car was dripping with soap, should have taken as a clue, never rinsed properly, soap coming out of every crevice, badly dried, they run over the car with a broom but never go close to plates or edges of bumpers, I've went to check under and noticed it never saw a drop of water, completely white as it was before

Somehow they managed to crack my windows before sending my car through the wash. Not cool. And it's not a hand wash, it's a machine wash with a metal wheel guide (as to provide maximum wheel curbing potential). Also, they had microfiber towels that were blowing onto the ground and instead of tossing them (as is industry practice) they just picked them off the ground and kept drying cars! Anyone who respects their car shouldn't come here.

First time here and was not let down. Recommended by local business. Granted it was slow when I arrived, that being said I got the #1 and was very pleased with detail on washing every inch of my car. Guys had it dry, wheels shined and interior wiped down in no time.
I typically wash my car myself and keep the inside spotless (nothing in my backseat etc). I can’t speak to people complaining about cup holders not being cleaned out or a bad vacuum since my interior rarely gets dirty.
For the entry level package I could not have asked for more. Was greeted promptly and gentleman who took my payment
