Tried this place out for the first time after just moving here. First thing I notice is the traffic scenario and getting people organized is horrible. It adds to frustration and other drivers get angry with the alternate merge (most don’t get this concept). So, it takes so long to get a car wash complete. Second thing is the price is astronomical compared to probably everywhere else I’ve been to. $45 for premium!! $24 for the lowest option. Their monthly’s are also no better. The redeeming factor is the check out lady is very nice. Need to find a different spot I guess.

In an age of so so this place is OUTSTANDING. From the layout of the facility to the people outside washing and cleaning the car to the inside person behind the desk. The is a GREAT value for the service.
I want my car to look like it just came out of the dealership; it does after their care.
They also have someone to look over the car before you take it to insure that all the details have been done.
I highly recommend the Livingston Care Wash to my friends and family.

Did the hand car wash because there is a special coating on my car you can’t use brushes or waxes on. I have tried all the hand car washes within a 10 mile radius and this one is the best. The wash is good, they listen and are nice & professional and there are no narrow tracks to scratch your rims. Athough, none do an amazing job at drying and vacuuming, these guys are by far the best. They blow out doors and trunk and do a solid dry job. All the others I needed to get in, pull over, and complete drying myself. I definitely would recommend.

I went here and the workers were nice and explained what line to go in. I'm 17 and just bought my own car so this was my first car wash. Line was a little slow, but to be expected on a Sunday. Blond man in football jersey was a little rude though. I was wearing a white knee length cardigan, black cami top and leggings and toward the end he came over and told me I "shouldn't wear a bathroom robe to a car wash." Which I thought was rude. My outfit was conservative and not at all revealing, and even if it was, it's rude to comment on what your paying customers are wearing,

I really cannot understand some of the low reviews. I have been there twice. Once when it was busy and, again, today (a weekday at about 10:30) when it was not busy. Both times, the car wash was the best car wash that I have ever gotten. Today, the car came back unbelievably clean. Is it the cheapest car wash in N.J., no probably not but for the service they provided, I thought it was quite the value. It is hard to make a family car with 180,000 miles on it look good but these folks did it! PS: Don't forget to tip the workers well! They are working really hard!

Could get more for your money elsewhere! Very rushed. Platinum wash: only interior cleaning noticed was the front floor mats were vacuumed / exterior had towel strokes and watermarks and rims were not completely clean.
Only positive was the shine to the tires! From a far it looks fine but it should not have to be that way.
