Payment is due at the beginning of each Appointment or Class Package renewal. Cash, Check and Major Credit Cards are accepted. Reservations for Appointments or Classes must be PREPAID to hold your Appointment or Class time. I have been taking private Pilates lessons for almost two years with Doug and Stephanie. I cannot explain how much they have helped me with my low back pain, overall strength, flexibility, and awareness of how my body moves and can move better. They are incredibly attentive to detail, knowledgeable, and motivating. Random plug: I’ve always had pancake feet: I now have arches!

I LOVE this studio and its ego-free culture! The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide great guidance on proper body alignment. I've taken Reformer classes in-studio (pre Covid) and now virtual mat Pilates classes with/without props.
A long time yoga practitioner, I began supplementing my practice with Pilates 2 years ago and am amazed with the additional length, strength, balance and flexibility I've gained. Touted as one of the best low-impact exercises to last a lifetime, Pilates makes me look forward to aging :)

I have been going to the Ariel Yoga class here for a few months now and it is absolutely fabulous!
I feel so good after each class physically and mentally. I love feeling the progress I have made in each class I attend, and getting to try new and exciting things each time! The girls really make sure everyone is comfortable and at their own pace. Not to mention it is SO much fun! If you haven’t tried this place out yet it is a MUST!

Had a really lovely class! Stephanie was super friendly & down to earth and encouraged me to push my comfort zone but was also understanding that, as a first time student, I wasn't ready yet for some more advanced things. Great balance there. Very calm, supportive, & fun - and the AntiGravity experience was wonderful! Will definitely be back.

SThiel Pilates offers classes not offered elsewhere in the area (from what I can tell). The Anti-Gravity class is a fun workout and is done in a safe/supportive way. People of all ages and body types can enjoy and benefit. The Anti-Gravity class is very therapeutic and allows my spine to decompress and lengthen – the whole class is like one big body sigh, but with a core workout, strengthening/flexibility exercises, and fun. The owner/instructor is a real pro who has years of experience with anatomy, movement, alignment and fitness. Though Anti-Gravity drew me to the studio, I recommend the other
