Generally, we recommend visiting the dentist twice a year or once every 6 months for a check-up and teeth cleaning. If you have periodontal disease (gum disease) or a history of periodontal disease, your dentist may recommend more frequent visits to control the disease. If you are under orthodontic care (braces), you will see the orthodontist an average of every 6 weeks.
To keep your mouth healthy and happy for a lifetime, we recommend regular cleanings, checkups and x-rays. Cleanings should be done at least twice a year to evaluate a patient's risk and diagnosis of cavities, diet analysis, to detect gum disease, and-if necessary-to develop a treatment plan. Regular cleanings help keep the mouth in optimal health.
Periodontal Disease is a swelling, soreness and infection that affect the tissue and bone that support teeth. This condition is caused by bacteria in plaque that stick to teeth above and below the gum line to release toxins and cause inflamed gums. If the plaque is not removed by brushing and flossing, it can buildup and infect the gums and the bone that support the teeth.

Report
I've been going to Dorosti Dental for years now. I always feel very comfortable and welcomed. I just recently had two crowns done and they did a wonderful job. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and spent plenty of time with me once I received my permanents to make sure they looked and felt great. They always go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience with them. I recommend them to everyone I know.
