New patient, office staff professional, saw us on time and did a great job. Had several things that needed attention and they did great job

Its a blessing dealing with Dr. Jonathan Schreiber. Amazing bedside manner, great listener and an on the spot diagnosis. Two times i go to him for different conditions and the medication he prescribed works amazingly. He is the best.

They are a very efficient office. The wait is never long like other offices where they see you 30 minutes after your appointment. The nurses are all very nice and caring. The office staff is also very courteous and helpful when it comes to making and rescheduling appointments.

Beware of unethical business practices. This physician told me in the office that certain procedures would not be covered under my insurance plan. He told me a mole that I had in my armpit, that was being irritated by shaving and itching, was a cosmetic procedure to have removed and I would have to pay out of pocket for him to remove it. He told me that he would not be able to justify removing the mole in my armpit but would be able to justify the other mole by my bra line because my bra was irritating it. What's the difference?! I found this very suspicious but went through the procedure thinking

Dr. Schreiber cut a chunk out of my face and I didn’t even know he had touched me. I followed his instructions on taking care of the wound and it has healed perfectly leaving not even a scar. If there is a dermatologist in the world it is him. I recommend him highly for any of your skin related issues. Much thanks to him and his team.

I have made 2 different appointments within the span of 2 months and both of them randomly get canceled within the following week. When I call their business hours I am always transferred to voicemail regardless of what time I choose to call.
If you do not want to deal with these problems I suggest looking somewhere else like I am being forced to do. You are treated as a nuisance they want to quickly get rid of. Don't settle for people who don't take your time and well-being serious like they have done to me.

Dr. Schreiber was able to take care of my problem in five minutes.

He told me he would work with me in helping me feel better about my terrible experience for the last 3 years. So greatful I found him. (Being a new patient) He's giving me hope. Thank GOD for Doc!!

I have been visiting the office over the past year. The staff is professional and efficient. What I like best is I have not to wait more than 10-15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time - if I have had to wait at all. My doctor is personable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. My issue continues to improve under his care. I highly recommend their offices.

Excellent throughout the office. Friendly and accommodating staff made the scheduling and paperwork simple. The doctor quickly identified the problem, performed the procedure painlessly, and was clear and concise with his follow-up instructions. Highly recommend this office for your derm needs.
