Misleading business practices and false advertising are being used by this company. I called and asked if they could come out for an estimate of time and cost for fixing a pump issue. I was told they could do that and then i described the issue. The person then directed me to an electrician that I would be responsible for coordinating with Curtis Septic. The electrician charged me $275 to come out and evaluate the problem. He added that if it was a simple problem he could fix it at no additional charge. I called Curtis Septic back and asked why I was being charged when they said they could have

Professional, ethical, and compassionate is how I would describe the owner of Curtis Septic Service, Andy Curtis. My 1st septic inspection was failed by a local inspector, the 2nd inspection conditionally passed, but the inspector couldn't back up his findings because of a completed perc test completed in my backyard. So the BOH challenged my option to replace the distribution box in my front yard instead of an entire new system.
