Services
Do you need to find a reliable, experienced excavating company for your next construction project? From lot clearing and demolition to sitework and septic systems or even driveway construction there are many different projects you might require an excavating service and only one company in Middlesex County, MA you should choose.
Do you need to demolish and remove an old home, barn or small commercial building in order to develop the property the way you'd like? Demolition projects often require the services of a competent operator, aware of the safety concerns when it comes to demolition projects.
Bonica Excavation Inc. is an Acton MA-based excavation contractor that has been serving the local area since 1987. We specialize in underground utility installations including underground water line installations, underground gas lines, underground electrical hookups and ties, sewer hook-ups, septic system installations and repairs and drainage systems.
Are you getting ready to sell your Massachusetts home? Does your home rely on a septic system to treat your waste water? Did you know that you need to have a Title V inspection completed once every 2 years or once every 3 years if you can provide documentation that your septic system has been pumped on an annual basis.
Septic systems are very expensive to have engineered and installed so if you have an existing septic system that isn't working as it should trying to have it repaired is usually the most economical option. Trying to find a contractor who will actually look into repairing your septic system rather than pushing a replacement immediately can be tough.

We recently hired Bonica Excavation to grade our property, site preparation for multiple driveways, installation of a gravel driveway, and additional grass and wildflower seeding. Because of John Bonica's experience he immediately understood the project, understood the appropriate grading around every structure, and properly performed every task so that water was routed optimally. The crew, Jimmy, Frank, and Tony were outstanding and on multiple occasions went above and beyond. Not only did they ensure that the work was done to perfection, they also helped with several other side tasks. I highly

John recently completed a major excavation project in our yard. It entailed maneuvering some pretty large machinery through a very small space and John handled it with expertise. He and his team worked diligently to complete the work within the agreed upon time frame and on budget. John was very accessible throughout the project. I'd recommend his services.

I hired John Bonica when I built my 1st house. I know I could not have completed the job without his guidance. The quality of his work was perfect! But it was his knowledge of landscaping, site work, and overall best practices that help me get the project completed. It was what I did not know, that counted the most. I trusted John with my most important asset.

We had Bonica cleanup and grade our back yard. A big job covering around a half ace. He had to remove dozens of large stumps and install a berm along the back. The effort and hard work he put in was extremely impressive. He was here when he said he would be and worked until the day light was gone. Many of our neighbors came over to ask for his card after seeing the work he did. Did I mention the price? That was great to. No other estimates even came close.
We were so happy with his work that we also had him install our new septic system. A big job with a lot of complexity. He did a wonderful job

Last Wednesday,I had a 100' pine come down, blocking my driveway.John Bonica showed up the next morning with all the necessary equipment. He and crew chipped and cut all day.By late afternoon, residual logs were loaded onto a dump truck and carted away. Before leaving,as a courtesy,he cleaned the ice that had built up on my circle.I found. John very professional, found his price fair and would not hesitate to recommend his services.
