Our mission is to build an environment where people can push towards their personal goals with the value of coaching at a reasonable price. We have a true passion to help people get stronger both physically and mentally. It is our aim to have every client that walks through our door fall in love with training and the process of bettering themselves because we know that the lessons you learn in the gym will carry over into every facet of your life.Dylan grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Passionate about sports since childhood, Dylan played football and rugby in high school and continued his rugby career at Springfield College, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science.After college, he dedicated himself to the field of strength and conditioning. Dylan has extensive expertise in the science of human movement, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, and he enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels.
Services
Our Strength & Conditioning programming and coaching are the flagship services of Flight Performance. No where else can match the combination of extremely individualized programming with an encouraging team atmosphere. Flight coaches pride themselves on detail-oriented hands on coaching with a results- driven mindset.
Motivated and dedicated individuals who can't make it to Flight Performance and Fitness but still want to utilize our coaching and programming. Any individual who doesn't plan on competing but is looking to improve their performance on the big barbell lifts. Initial 45 minute video call to discuss previous training experience, goals, and coaching expectations.
At Flight Performance and Fitness, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all fitness programs. Everyone's goals are different, so determining needs and interests comes first. We recommend that anyone interested in training at Flight Performance -- whether a seasoned athlete or completely new to working out -- should come in for a free evaluation.

My sister recommended I see Vini and learned about this group style fitness. I’m someone who heavily relies on extrinsic motivating factors when working out, so this group style strength and conditioning format I really enjoyed, yet made it feel like personal training with individual attention from coaches whenever needing help. However, I have to dock a star due to the timing of sessions currently offered as it did not work for me due to my shift work schedule. I work a lot of evening shifts as a nurse back to back 3-11:30pm and the latest morning session during the week is only offered at 9

Staff are very welcoming and great at what they do. Great at helping people with their form during workouts to help prevent injury and get full feel of the workout. As well the gym is always clean and organized!! Love this gym and recommend to anyone from athlete to elder.

Jared is the best strength coach you will find in the Greater Boston area. He is great for everyone from youth to adults and is the best of the best for sport specific training! If you have not tried out flight you are missing out!

This new gym is a great spot and the co-owners Jared and Dylan are awesome. You can expect a better training session at FPF compared to a larger gym, likely at a better price. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot.
