While we truly believe that exercise essential to heal & prevent pain, ward off disease, and manage current health conditions, we also believe in finding the fun in fitness! We offer customized 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions that focus on Resistance Training, Weight loss, injury prevention and creating healthy life balance for every lifestyle! We specialize in Functional Fitness, muscle gain, and muscle/joint pain reduction. We use these tools to help our clients lose weight, build strength and power.

I love Level Up! The workouts are individualized and very innovative. They help me so much with healing my injuries and with staying in shape despite my injuries, which can be very challenging to figure out how to do on your own. The trainers are great people and very relatable, and they put a lot of effort into their work with you!

Twyla was very helpful and talented. It had been far too long since I had some these issues addressed. She found the areas that required attention and painfully, but very effectively got them feeling better. We still have some work to do, but I feel as though I am in very good hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had 2 massage this week. This first was close to where I live in Boston and I felt the same way as I arrived. Today I had a massage by Twyla and what a freaking difference! I even got homework/exercises to help improve my shoulders (rotator cuffs) and hips related to training in muay thai, not to mention I'm normally a ball of stress. I can't wait to go back!

Twyla is an Amazing trainer. Not only does she do a great job pushing me but she makes me feel confident about myself while doing it. She educated me on how to check myself for proper form when i work out by myself which has helped me significantly at home. Finally, she has a great attitude and personality and is a true pleasure to work out with.
