I absolutely love About Face in Stratham, NH. A friend recommended them to me a couple of years ago and I have been to see them about 4-5 times. Everyone there is so nice. You immediately feel welcome when you arrive. Having a cosmetic procedure can be a sensitive experience, because you are exposing the parts of yourself that you dislike. But the staff there makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They are also extremely professional and explain everything thoroughly, including what any procedure is going to cost. As a side note, the space is beautiful! I could probably get the same services

I have been a patient of About Face for 6 years.
There is NO comparison.
With this being said. I have been to other practitioners and offices, one of which I received wonderful service and the other, not so much.
But like I said, there is no comparison to Ericka, Jill, Sarah and Staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and educated. And I always feel safe, comfortable and excited for my treatment.
I was reading a previous bad review on Google. I can not speak for this persons experience ( but I can say all those claims are ridiculous) But what I can do, is speak from mine. I am not a nurse or

I absolutely adore this office and staff. Jen is so professional and so kind (and a hard worker). I had coolsculpting done for the first time, and they were very honest during the consultation and what would work best for me to get the best results. Going to have anything done during a pandemic is nerve wracking, but I didn’t really even think twice. The office is spotless, everyone had on masks and face shields, and they did a screening and temp check before I entered into the building. I felt very safe and welcomed. I will most definitely be returning! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely

Customer service and cleanliness are two things I look for when receiving spa type treatments. About Face excels in both categories. From being greeted the second I walk in the door to the effort made to make me comfortable while going through awkward and, at times, very personal moments made my experience quite enjoyable. Lisa is very good at explaining each step as she walks you through the processes, and Jill, Ericka, and Sarah are very skilled yet have a gentle hand. I’ve been very happy with my skin and would highly recommend About Face for all of your aesthetic needs.

Ericka is truly a MIRACLE worker! I have been going to About Face for several years and I am so very satisfied with the treatments that I receive.
Ericka is very knowledgeable and never once did she steer me in the wrong direction. I keep the treatments to the "minimal effective dose" to look refreshed and not overdone and she supports my decision with very subtle intervention :)
She has been very professional and very honest in regard to what to expect from various treatments.

Wonderful experience at this spa! Deb is very skilled at injecting. She has a very warm presence and listens to the clients wants, needs and concerns. I have been in to see her numerous times and I’m never disappointed. Always professional, honest and fair. I have sent family and friends to her because I trust her skill, technique and she is wonderful! Cannot wait for my next appointment!
