A very knowledgeable company to work with. Always eager to help. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a property manager. John helped make this endeavor a pleasant and productive experience. Also, the staff always made me feel welcome and were always eager to help in anyway they could. I have been with him for over 10 years and will continue work with him. Anytime there was an issue due to non payment from a tenant or issues with the building john was right there to address it and not only helped with screening tenants and helping with insurance issues but also helped with monthly

We hired Cornerstone Management to manage our multi-family rental property in New Bedford about 10 years ago. John took care of everything, getting new tenants, building maintenance, repairs, legal issues, collecting rent, etc. At the end of the year, he would send us the yearly statement for tax purposes. So, there was no worries for us. Any time we communicated with him of any issues we may had, he was there for us and took quick action in taking care of the situation or advising us on what action to take. We recently sold our property in New Bedford and will be forever grateful to John Eagan
