The landlord and property manager (Hennesy) has stopped paying the utilities, which is included in our leases, and the apartment building has been without heat and hot water since Friday October 8th. Myself and other tenants have called the landlord, property manager and maintenance constantly each day since. They claim they have been on the phone with National Grid and have been waiting for them to come out and turn the water and heat back on, however NG said there has been no effort made to pay the bill and by law they are required to come out within 24 hours of repayment. Honestly the worst property group in the area to rent from. Gets back to you on major issues like a not working stove or out of code fire box in building whenever they feel like. I haven't lived with them for 2 months and they thought I was still a resident and said that I had a lease still. Completely unprofessional when dealing with anyone within the group. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else other than one of their properties.

Amelie and her staff are amazing! As an out of state property owner, I could ask for better service.
