I couldn't be more please with Lyon. Their team goes above and beyond to work with everyone. They go out of there way to address tenants in emergency situations. Working weekends and holidays to insure issues get addressed. They are all around great people. Couldn't be more pleased with the team they have built.

Attempted to rent a room for my daughter. I went to the boarding house and spoke with a rep. He said I could have the room once I submitted an application fee. I did so, and never heard back from him. I texted him about 20 times over the next three weeks. I learned that charging an app fee in Mass is _illegal_. Filed a complaint with the AG office.

I was having a very difficult time finding an apartment to rent for the new year and was referred to Lyon Property Management for rental properties. Their available listings are stunning and the was able to view the apartment that weekend, applied, and signed the lease within a week. Very friendly, excellent communication via email, text, and call, and made the process so easy! Looking forward to moving into my beautiful new apartment very soon! Thank you.

I am a representative for a Real Estate company that historically uses Lyon Property Management. Quite literally the worst property management service I've ever experienced. No communication, no explanation for missing funds, etc. Would not recommend to anyone. Furthermore, the company is fine responding to this negative review, but not to any phone calls or emails. Ridiculous.

I had previously posted a review of this company, and this is the first time this has happened, but it was the wrong company. So to Lyon Management, I apologize, to the agent, I believe his name was Mr. Diossa I am very sorry. I can't remember the company that was horrible, only that it began with an L. As for Lyon Property management, Mr. Diossa was very courteous, and went out of his way in helping me in my search in this terrible renters market. I'm still looking, so I may work with them yet. In the meantime, anyone know of a 2 bed room apartment in the outer East Bay area for a reasonable price

A few months back I enlisted the help of Lyon to manage a property of mine. I just didn’t have the time to chase rents and I didn’t have the patience for anymore excuses. I gave them instructions as to what I wanted them to do for me at this property. They gave me a few other suggestions and I told them to run it like it was their own.
My goal was to stop getting phone calls, have rent paid on time on the first of each month, have the basement cleaned out of junk and field service calls on occasion.
They did all that and I thank them for that. When they realized that rents were way below
