Services
Focused Family Services Community Health Center is an organization that specializes in guided therapy sessions for patients in need of assistance navigating life's most stressful moments. We're committed to helping our community by providing caring, impactful counseling sessions that are intended to promote healing and overall mental wellness.
Focused Family Services offers outpatient in-office as well as Home & Community-Based Support Services (HCBS) behavioral health services to adults with general mental health (GMH) issues, and/or substance use issues. To enroll in services at FFS, contact our Intake Team at (602) 253-6259. Walk-in appointments are also available at FFS sites during normal business hours.
Focused Family Services is very proud to now offer full integrated care services. What this means is we can now provide primary medical care at our location. For our members that currently receive PCP services through another provider, the option now exists that you can receive those services, along with any behavioral health and/or substance abuse treatment services, all under one roof, right here at Focused Family Services.
Referrals can be made by calling our Intake Coordinator at 602-253-6259, or by emailing us directly. She will happily answer any questions you may have and assist you with getting scheduled for an initial appointment, which includes a thorough intake and assessment. Referrals can also be made through member health plans, and other providers and outside agencies.
To best serve your needs, we are centrally located right in downtown Phoenix, easily accessible from across the valley. For your convenience, we have ample free parking in an attached covered parking garage directly behind our office. Directly behind our building on McDowell Rd. is a small parking garage.
