Ashley Hatch is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ashley obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and Masters of Nursing Degree from Grand Canyon University. Ashley has been in the medical field and providing direct patient care for the past decade.

I recently had my first visit at Trident Health. I was experiencing abdominal pain and my regular PCP was unable to see me for several days. A friend recommended Trident Health so I decided to give them a call. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment that afternoon.
The front office staff was courteous. The nurse practitioner was very professional. She listened to my complaints and ordered imaging and medication right away.
Overall, I was very pleased with the staff and their willingness to work me in on short notice.

ZERO repsonse to my voice messages or emails. 1. Wanted results to blood clot Ultra sound - NEVER got a reponse until 7-10 days later it showed up on my chart - had been told by technician, the the doc would get the results that day. Blood clot could be serious, you would think they should have let me know one way or another! 2. Wanted to get a referral for PT. ZERO response to voicemail. 3. Sent records from previous doc - I think? Voicemail and email request for confirmation. ZERO repsonse. Ridiculous, unprofessional and really unethical. Changing doctors.

I scheduled an appointment online for a televisit as a new patient several days in advance. I was informed I would receive a link with instructions to join the meeting. 30 mins before my appointment I still had not received the link so I decided to call. The girl I spoke with informed me that they don't do televisits with new patients and the system has no way to show that's what I wanted. I was never called by the office or informed of this. I was asked why I wanted a virtual visit (because I am currently quarantining after a work trip) and was told there was no way for her to see me. Why offer

We been seeing Dr Mahadevan for years, and we've referred several of our friends to him. Something has changed. Save yourself the frustration and find another PCP. They lost my lab sample twice , yes after the first one was lost I took more time off work to go a second time...and yes, that one was lost too. I left 3 messages on their portal and got no responses. I had to call them 4 times to get an answer on why my lab results were not in the portal. Also, the front staff is not helpful, and a bit rude. Their message recording says "The patient/Physician relationship is the foundation of good health

Leaving a 2 star review because I want to be fair. However, I do NOT recommend this place. Terrible terrible customer service and billing was handled with no care or attention. The staff takes no responsibility in their own errors but instead forces patients to bend over backwards to correct their mistakes.
Most front desk staff is friendly, the doctor is patient and understanding. The wait time is acceptable and the doctor spends time to listen and explain things. So in a word, everything was perfect and satisfying, until the payment is made, and then things just take a 180 degree turn.

Love Dr. Mahadevan and nurse Krysten! They are detailed and attentive. I love that labs can be done on-site and they are great on getting what they need on the 1st stick. Always clean, and scheduling is a breeze. There is never much of a wait. Their accountant isn’t very responsive and the receptionist always sounds a bit rude. Using the online portal is user friendly, however not the quickest way to get an answers or response. I have went many years not seeing a Dr because I’m not to fawned of them but I really love them and how they treat their patients.

Dr. M and his entire staff are TOP NOTCH! Best sense of urgency to get you taken care of while treating you with kindness and respect. Dr. M likes to get down to business and recognizes that your time is valuable...you will not be left waiting in your room or the lobby wondering if they have forgotten about you. You are graciously guided through the visit and made to feel VIP. My level of care from Dr. M's office has been outstanding and it is so great to find a place that doesn't have the high and mighty "we are superior to you" office staff.
