Through our Community Center programs, we work to provide opportunities for personal and social growth within the populace. These programs help improve and enhance our neighborhood resident's quality of life. Programs like our "After School - Strong Youth Strong Community", Neighborhood Revitalization, Nutrition, Adult Education, and Financial Literacy programs offer opportunities for the population we serve to grow and improve.

We have strong partnerships with business and community organizations that help us serve local families and members of the community. At Wesley Health Centers, our services are focused on providing high-quality healthcare to everyone who comes to us regardless of financial means. We are a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) where we meet or exceed the highest standards set by the Federal Government.

I have an awesome doctor, she's very nice and very concerning about making sure that I get the right medical treatment, the staff is very nice and is always making sure I'm treated with the most respect, the facility is clean, they have a little play area for the children with a table to read books and play with toys, they have two restrooms, it's one of the best Clinic I've gone to and I would recommend it to anybody if they would like to go. ( Others May say it might be bad but I've never had a bad experience at this Clinic or the other one on the west side )

This place is horrible! Patient experience is not something they care about. I wish there was a no star option. My experience has been so bad I’ve contacted my insurance company since this is an in network provider so they can reevaluate the in network relationship.
