The people here are all nice I am giving a low rating because this apartment complex is just a very dirty place. The laundry room has to be the worst. The washers are never cleaned! Unless you like sharing/swapping pet hair and personal hair with all around you, then I would 100% not recommend this place for laundry. Hair small clothing even food all get trapped in the washers and they are stained from rust and dirt build up under the rubber flat. Around the apartments there are spider webs everywhere on the light poles the trees and bushes. And last but not least ROACHES!

Walls are thin, forget about renting on a first floor apartment because you will hear everything. We were surrounded by 3 families with children, which is fine, but we heard every tantrum, step, yell, and woke up daily to children's music. If you have a pet, forget about getting your deposit back. Staff was nice until we decided to move. Because of COVID they did not honor the renters' right to a move-out inspection so it gave them license to bill for anything they wanted.

I currently live here. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are quiet but there is a lot of noise from gardeners and maintenance. They start very early so don't bother trying to sleep in. There was a water leak in my building and they did not give notice of the correct day they would be coming into my apartment so as i was working from home, maintenance just let themselves in. I was caught off guard. Other than all that, its a nice, safe place to live. Office staff is super friendly.

DO NOT RENT HERE. I AM A TENNANT, I'M ONLY FORCED TO STAY HERE BECAUSE OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS TO MOVE. This place is SUPER COCKROACH invested. I have picture of Roaches in the Community Laundry Room, On our Patio, On Random Sidewalks, in the parking area, and in our apartment. We are clean people and VACUUM EVERY DAY. WE HAVE SEALED CRACKS AND HAD TREATMENT DONE. Still Roaches. If you want to live with disease carrying bugs live here. If not look somewhere else.

Currently living here. Most quiet and beautiful place. Residents are friendly and dog friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Many go on walks or ride bikes with their family. Ever since Western Mgmt has taken over, the apartment is clean, staff is nice and always a quick go-to. Parking is ok. Can be packed but I've always found parking on the street near my unit.

I would not recommend this place. Lived there for 4 - 5 years. they don't seem that organized in their office. When i broke the lease to leave and thought everything was paid off, they call me back a month later and say that i owe more money to them. and that's after i checked with them twice to make sure everything is good. They seem to have a hard time keeping the numbers right. Plus i wouldn't know what i owed exactly unless i walked into the leasing office and asked them before the end of the month what i needed to pay.

This is the WORST place I have ever lived. I wouldn't pay 100$ a month to live here even. I was constantly harassed by other tenants, and management would do nothing about it. It was to the point where a neighbor tried to break into my apartment, and still management was rude and unhelpful about my situation.
The apartment itself was run down, and constantly had problems. The AC unit would almost never work. The kitchen sink always had some sort of problem. The shower never really had hot water, and the bathroom sink had no water pressure. The carpets were old and smelly. The walls had holes in

I would NOT recommend moving into Country Hills Apartments in Brea. The complex is old and ran down. We have had maintenance issues one after the other. They take the cheap route to temporarily "fix" the problem only to have to call them out to fix again. This is supposedly a dog friendly apartment and btw you pay $50 a month for a pet, but you can't let them go to the bathroom in the complex. How is that dog friendly and where is my $50 a month going? Management is slow to say the best at getting back to you. One call is never enough. You are constantly promised a call back and a week later you
