I highly recommend using this company. They do their due diligence like no other. I have sent many of my friends and family here which has resulted in some closings that would have not happened because of their expertise. Do not use this company!! Their email was hacked and cost my husband I a GREAT deal of money. We now have to file a fraud claim with the police and we are working with the bank to see if our money can be refunded. They ONLY do wire transfers, be aware of that! They offered nothing to help with the great loss money caused by their office. Their way of dealing with this situation was to blame everyone else. When it came to signing the documents for the closing she had the wrong file for us to sign. Do not use this title company or office staff. I would give zero stars if I could.
