I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure yesterday. I got there at the scheduled time. The attendant proceeded to remove my gel with the electronic file. I told her I would rather soak as the electronic file damages the nail. She continued, I asked her again to stop and allow the gel to soak. She then proceeded to apply the cotton and the foil. As soon as she was done affixing them to the nails she started with another scraper. I then asked her to allow the gel to soak as the scraper would only damage the enamel further. Visited this nail salon in my quest for a new go-to spot since moving to the area. My first few visits were favorable; but, I had a less than satisfactory visit this week. Since I have visited many salons over the years and the fact that I work in the service industry, I realize that there is a learning curve to adjusting (me to them, them to me). So, I will offer advice here for the first time visitor. (Note that I have tips and get pedicures.)
#1. Speak to the owner/manager before proceeding with your service. Ask her ALL your questions as she often translates for the technicians. Let her know

Thought I'd try a new place because the place I love is so expensive. I just got the worst hackjob manicure I've ever had here... Not sure how this place has 4 stars. My nails were buffed down to a thin layer, the corners of my squoval nails were made pointy and not rounded, and the gel polish was put on in a globby way i've never experienced before. I guess it was my mistake for trusting the nail tech for saying "I'm just smoothing the nails out"? Ill have new nails in about 6 months... great.

My favorite nail place of all time!! Always friendly and accommodating! They did my nails for my wedding that looked amazing in every picture. I never miss my appointment even with a crazy schedule they always make my nails look perfect! They are also very clean and make you feel very comfortable! Highly recommend!!!

I came in to get my nails done for my wedding and I was so excited to come in after reading all their reviews online but after the experience I had, I will not be returning. I really was hoping to fall in love with this salon especially since the staff was so welcoming and it's so close to my house. I spent just over $100 for gel nails that didn't last two days. After two days, my middle finger nail broke off and I returned for them to fix it for me. The day after that, another nail broke off. I wanted to get my nails done before my birthday and I don't regret coming here! The salon had a very clean environment and a variety of colors. My nail tech, Jenny did a wonderful job with my gel nails and I couldn't be happier! She was attentive to detail, patient, and very sweet! Even though my nails are short/tiny, Jenny made it work! Will definitely come back again for their services soon!

I always go here for my pedicures and LOVE them...always a happy face greeting you, the place is SOOOO clean. SO this time I was going away and I do not like to wear makeup so I decided to get eye lash extensions...I am in LOVE! She did an amazing job and I have gotten so many compliments in just a few hours. They look so natural.

May have gotten the wrong technician because I did not like how my technician did my nails at all. So I got my gel polish done last week at another nail salon, I had two broken nails and they applied glue over there. The lady there cut me so I didn't want to go back. So that's why I tried this place, it's close to my work so it was convenient. I didn't like how she shaped my nails, it's kinda comical how clumpy and ugly they are. She suggest hard gel which I paid $20 extra ( $5 per nail ). Two days later, still breaking. Just got back and my nails are even more crooked

I never post reviews...... with that being said if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only was the price insanely reasonable the staff was incredible. I called for a last minute gel fill and was accommodated immediately. Jenny was the woman who did my nails and they look amazing I can't thank her enough.

Great experience overall! Went here for a first time pedicure (after not being able to do so for a while because of closures due to COVID-19).
The place is very clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They do temperature screenings when you walk in and have a hand sanitizer station.
Ingrid did my pedicure (I got the Pomegranite Spa Pedicure) and it was great! She was very thorough, gentle, and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place, and will happily go again!

I used to go here back when It was Horizon, and was very happy back then. My experience with luxury nails under the new owner was terrible. Gel manicure was poorly done and the polish was NOT gel...it started peeling off the next day it was regular polish with a thin gel topcoat. I wanted a French manicure but the girl doing my nails had not done one before...

I had a great experience at this salon! I got a gel manicure with cute designs for Valentine's Day (see photo attached) and I am super super happy with the result. All the workers were very friendly and professional and they made me feel really comfortable, allowing me to have a truly relaxing time. The salon was really clean and sanitary as well, which is a must! I will definitely go back!

I have been to this salon 4 times since the new management took over. 2 of those times I had the same nail tech and a reasonably good experience. However this last time the nail tech repainted my nails 3 times before I was satisfied enough to pay for the service. Apparently there was leftover glitter on the brush of the topcoat which was then used in my manicure. I pointed this out several times before the tech RELUCTANTLY and with attitude repainted my nails. This place is very relaxing and the workers are all professional. The place uses disposable nail files, buffs, slippers and pedicure covers which is a huge plus. I got my gel manicure by one of the ladies and it came out so good. She is very meticulous and did a great job overall. I also got a nail art jewel on both my ring finger nails and it is still perfect, even after a week! i was contemplating on getting because it looked heavy and uncomfortable but it is not heavy or uncomfortable at all- she glued it on very well! will definitely go back to do my thanksgiving nails!

I don’t recommend this place at all...This was my first time at this nail salon, My gel pedicure was fine, but my gel nails came out horrible. I have a mountain of thick gel on my nails, they are way to wide and thick for my nails and hand. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, I teach and I proctor in the field and Im ashamed and sadden by this place. I woke up to my hands hurting from the weight of gel on my nails.... while sitting getting serviced 3 people came back to get their nails fixed from services the day before. Just awful....

I had a great experience!! I’m always last minute & didn’t have hours to spare, that’s what I really loved about This place. I wasn’t there all day . Reasonable fast & looks great! my powder mani looks amazing & the Pedi was excellent. Very clean . People were nice enough. 30$ for regular pedi & mani was great , if you want spa type it’s extra of course. I really have no complaints. Everything was good. I will be going back
