I got my nails done by Michael and he did an amazing job! I wanted a multitude of colors and he did it exactly how I wanted with no complaints and no rushing. I greatly appreciate how they provide you with your own nail file and buffer so that whenever you return you're not using any utensils that were used on someone else. It's such a great value for their incredible work. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. Definitely will be returning!

I came there on Saturday and I wanted a French tip, like the photo I provided which these nails looks nothing like the photo. I wish he would have been honest and said he can't do the same thing. Then I would have done something different. This is more like a wide square shape. I don't like it. It looks weird to me. I'm not sure if it's the kind of nail that was chosen for me or what. I did remove my old nails and even did a soaking and started a new full set. I wish I could do it over. This place is a great place but I guess Saturday wasn't a good day. I've done French

This place has the worst customer service. Lack of professional etiquette!!! People like this should not have a place of business, worst ever. They humiliated my sister because of her diabetic legs. She didn't have any infections on her skin and they refused to provide a service , the manner in which they handled the situation was degrading!!! It was insulting and humiliating, never have I encountered such ignorance and lack of professionalism! The people that work here are ignorant and arrogant !!!! Never will I step foot at this place of business

Watch out for this place. They will get you for every dollar they can. They just increased their prices for a fill from $15.00 to $18.00. (No gel) When I went to pay they told me $25.00. My nails are as short as short can get. Where does $25.00 come from? When I questioned it they changed it. And be ready to pay an extra $1.00 for a file and buffer. Which should be covered in the increases. Oh and if you want to use debit or credit be ready for another $2.00 transaction fee. The owner is so rude. I was looking at the box of sample nails to choose my color and she literally came and grabbed

Pros:They are taking covid precautions which I was happy about. Less employees, spaced out work areas, sanitizer available.
Cons: they rushed my nails but I was a walk in.. they didn't do my cuticles before the acrylic but end result was mostly good. I asked about it and she said they were fine. I didn't like that response but whatever I'm not going to be too critical and it beats me doing my own which take me hours. It's a pandemic so I'm sure it's been hard on salon workers. I'd come back at a less busy time

My Mom + I love coming for our pedis at Number One! The space is kept impeccably clean + their regular pedicure is more like a spa pedicure! It’s definitely on the higher side for price but if you are looking for piece of mind and a great experience - they check all the boxes!

Came here for the 1st time about a month ago , I will start off by saying going in they were super safe made sure you had a mask & they used bags for pedi bowls which is a plus , I got a pedicure with a chunky guy he was nice & did a decent job , came again about 2 wks later brought my mom , we were both pleased on how they use brand new stuff and sent us Home with them to bring for next time . There prices are good and they did a decent job ! I will def be back again !

I absolutely love this salon. This was my first time coming here to #1 nail and spa. Linda is amazing she did my nails and fulfilled every expectation.. I usually go get my eyebrows threaded next door, so I thought I'd give it a try. They also did amazon job with my pedicure. Will definitely be going back and recommending Linda.

Been here a few times to try it out and each time I have been disappointed. First off Tina, I call her Linda cuz she don't listen to a damn thing you want lol, but in all seriousness she is rude. The place is not a fancy place but they could do a whole lot better keeping it clean. I've seen a few roaches here and there. & The only reason why I had continued going was because of Helen. Now that she moved and got her own business off Foothill and Redwood, (So nice btw) I will never return here. Trust me, go somewhere else. Don't waste your money here.

I've been trying over and over to give this place a chance but as of Thursday, I don't think I will be going anymore. The last two times I've been, I haven't been satisfied with my nails. I just got a dip manicure Thursday and by Friday the nail polish was already cracking. I think I will be finding a new place now.

I wish I had a better experience. I came in (walk in) and yes, I was serviced quickly but the quality of the manicure was poor. I had some glue from my last gel manicure and I can see it under the polish, meaning my nails weren't buffed enough. It got the job done but it is not what I wanted. Also, they make you pay an extra dollaR for a buffer and nail file, which was weird.

This place is by no means fancy; a basic nail salon but they get the job done. I came here twice before falling in love with Helen! I only go to her and she has never ever disappointed! I have to be honest and confess that I never wrote a review because I did not want Helen to have so much praise that I will never get in with her when I need to, but that wouldn't be fair. She is so good!! I always have a lot of cuticle because I wash my hands a lot (ER nurse-what can I say) but I leave there loving my hands. . This place is legit because of her.
