Mari did my pedicure and it’s absolutely perfect! Everything was done so professionally and the salon is spotless, with friendly, relaxed, hardworking, talented people. The pedi area was ultra-hygienic, and Mari really took her time with my ragged soles, and she massaged my calves and I was melting away. Just great! Afterward, she gave me a fabulous shoulder massage and I got a complimentary tube of lovely hand lotion. Thank you, everyone, for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Can’t wait to come back to my new salon!

Absolutely amazing! A friend recommended this salon as I have just moved from Hudson County to Bergen County and I could not be more happy, pleased, and satisfied with the service, quality, and outcome of my gel fill. All the girls are polite, friendly, professional, and made the service more intimate - addressing me by my name. The salon is very clean, the girls are very sanitary and COVID protocols are still be followed, which is a huge plus. Pauline, my new (and favorite nail technician) was great and I can't wait to go back for my holiday nails!

Excellent staff. So many different options in polishes. That alone will keep me coming back. The staff is courteous. The salon is super clean. I'm very happy.

This was my first time there and getting acrylics and I’m definitely going back! I had such a fun time with my sister! The lady (I’m sorry I never got her name but will next time) was very patient and nice to me :) I look forward to going again and I highly recommend those in the area to visit!!!

First time customer I had a gel fill for my nails and a pedicure. They did a perfect job! My nails have never looked nicer, I am definitely going to be a regular. Everyone was very nice as well.

I came in for a new acrylic set. They did a certain type of gel which I wasn’t aware of and she had to shape my nails for a hour and a half. I asked if this was acrylic and they told me it was when it clearly was not. I had to pay $80 for a “full set” and am not satisfied at all with my nails.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Heaven Nails establishment. There is no customer focus, the nails look disgusting, each nail is different shape with gel stains. Ladies use nozzles clogged with the material for removing the gel polish, also none of them are trained nail techniques. Everyone is in rush and nobody cares how your nails are going to turn out. My cuticles just a raw skin. I'm honestly worried for their customers because it's easy to get infected. Worst service ever!!!

I love this place! My friend had been telling me to try it for the longest and I was so hesitant. I can’t believe I waited so long! Judy and Colleen have both done my nails now and they both were amazing. My nails came out thin, even , and the uv gel did not burn like it does at every other place. They constantly asked me if I was ok or if I liked how they were turning out. You can tell that they care about their job so much and they’re so considerate of their clients! Serena, I think is the manager and she always remembers people’s names and is so friendly. The pedicure ladies are so thorough

They dont have good technician for Gel extension! I was handled by 2 of them same day! Came out to be very bad experience Nail broke on 2nd day and woman had no idea how to work properly with gel extension! Wasted my money! Thats it! Gels are not well distributed! In corner side of nail heap of gel
And middle is almost empty! 2 rating cause her behaviour was good but work was terrible! Never coming bck

Excellent service! Love this place. I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years. The owner Sarena is amazing. So sweet and personable! I have felt safe there during the pandemic and highly recommended them. They always do a great job! The pedicures are fantastic! Very reasonable prices too.

Will not return. Got a spa pedicure and also gel on my toes - and it is chipping off after only 2 days!! Gel manicure is still okay but the pedicure -terrible! I also don't like the service here. I've noticed they can be rude sometimes. A woman returned with an issue with her gel pedicure while i was there and she wasn't rude as she explained and they were rude to her and acted as if she were the problem. Customer service is lacking seriously and they do questionable things at times. . The woman got the gel polish on the top of my hand and then proceeded to try to file it off

I've been going here since I was in high school (I'm 25), and they have never disappointed me once. I don't have a specific girl, but every time I've gone in for a gel manicure I absolutely love it. Everyone does a great and detailed job. Their regular pedicure service is above and beyond the old places I've left behind. They use hot stones and heal gel, which is much more than other places do that are close by.

I just love going to Heaven Nails. Serena is a perfectionist when caring for my nails. It gives me such a lift to walk out of this establishment knowing my manicure is beautiful and lasting. During this pandemic all employees are masked, separated by the required plastic partitions and plexiglass. The place is always clean and comfortable. The polish assortment is enormous, for gel and regular nail polishes. I have recommended Heaven Nails to many with lots of thanks coming back my way.

Since there haven't been any reviews since Covid-19 hit, I figured I'd write one.

Went back today after they opened on June 22nd. I called and made an appointment (as now required). Went in, and there was 1 other person getting a manicure. I was seated for my pedicure right away. Pedicure was great, as usual.

My favorite place to get my nails done. They do a great job every time and gel is only $25. I never make an appointment and always walk in and they always have time to take me. The owner is so sweet as well. It's true my a nice place to go to.

I wanted to gift my Loving & Kind Daughter nail and foot treatment, so I brought her here for a Shellac Gel Manicure (w/ Soak Off), Pedicure & a Foot Massage. This place is clean and orderly, with incredibly comfortable seating that offers back massages while you're being pampered. The staff is cordial and amiable.

Talia provided the Pedicure/Foot Massage service and what an exceptional service it was. My Daughter enjoyed her massage & pedicure...in other words, she had the royal treatment. Talia did a superb job.

I came here due to my nail emergency (I usually do them at home, no gel and definitely no acrylics). I had acrylics+ gel and couldn't stand them anymore.

Pros: The ladies welcome you with smiles and prompt service. Their prices are awesome, a mani is $10- I was charged $20 in total due to my nail removal.

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My nails were done with a gel (chrome) polish that is suppose to last up to 2 weeks. You pay an extra 15 on top of your regular mani for this reason. The next morning I woke up and the tips of my nails were chipped. I went back and showed them and they took the chipped polish of and repolished them. The next morning the… same thing happened. Obviously there is something wrong with the polish... so I went back to show the lady my nails. she tells me I did something to my nails to make it happen. Why would anyone even think up something like this... I said I'm not going

The friendliness of the team and their interactions w everyone who entered - many who seem to be long-time, loyal customers - is THE saving grace of this nail salon. They KNOW what customer service is. Unfortunately, the nail work I received leaves much to be desired.
UPDATE: As of day 8, 6 of 10 nails have chipped. The point of SNS powder is to add nutrients, yet the nail tech insisted using what looked like crazy glue was necessary to make the lacquer last, I should trust her. Although I called SAME DAY to have the work repaired, I decided it was not worth my time. They've told me who they are

I got a mani and pedi today. 3 different ladies helped me after I asked for the same lady to do both. They did it on purpose so I could tip all of them. My manicure was rushed. And the lady stood by me and was telling me who to tip. The only reason I would go back is because of the wonderful pedicure that the Spanish lady did. I didn't mind tipping her at all.

So upset with Heaven nails. They should be ashamed for treating a long time customer so rudely. I received a wonderful birthday gift certificate from a dear friend and by accident I threw it away from all the craziness of moving to new apartment. I went there to explain the situation and was told rudely that they would not honor it. For Shame!!!! I and many of my friends will never go there again.

I came here on a recommendation. I called my friend today and told her about my experience and that I would NOT be going back.
I requested a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre at best. My polish on my toes usually lasts for weeks, it's already peeling a week later. My gel manicure, which usually lasts AT LEAST two weeks, sometimes three, is peeling after a week.
