The whole team is great! Very quick and efficient, great selection of frames, very informative and best of all very helpful in finding the right glasses to fit me.

Dr. Florendo is amazing. She knows her stuff and has a way of explaining complicating things that are above my head in a way that just makes sense. I strongly recommend Optica Optometry. In my opinion, she's the best in Millbrae. She even taught me how to optimize my insurance allowance for frames and lenses. I strongly recommend Dr. Florendo, I strongly recommend Optica, and I strongly recommend anybody who reads this review to visit and ask about insurance optimization! It'll open your eyes for sure.

Highly recommend this place. I switched from another optometry in millbrae recently because the previous optometrist was kind of rude, and I'm really glad I switched. Everybody who works here is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor is great at giving me a lot of useful information. I started learning how to wear hard lens contacts and I'm very new at contacts in general so I had a lot of trouble learning; The doctor was very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed or feel bad at taking so long to put them off and take them off. Had a great experience with Dr. Wilson Lee. He checked my eyes very carefully. He found some problem with my eye and gave me lots of suggestions on how to prevent it from going bad. They don't have tons of options for frames, but good enough for me. Very clean and very friendly people. Highly recommend!

Amazing doctor michael chew! Use to come to millbrae vision before the other doctor retired.
Was very professional prompt and quick. I stopped by with no appointment. Got out in 20 mins. Never had a better experience and convenience from a optometrist!!

What a great little office! I haven't had much experience with eye doctors in the Bay, but I was hoping I would find a convenient place with competent Docs and some nice frame options. As it turned out, Optica was precisely what I was looking for! Clean, convenient, friendly and easygoing. Their glasses selection was awesome, and I was able to get some custom lenses & Chloe frames.
I definitely highly recommend Dr. Lee and his crew!

Marianne was my doctor and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She made everything extremely simple for me. She answered all my questions and gave me great feedback. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. I saw her a bit with another client. He was a young man about 9 or 10 and she had the little boy laughing and smiling. I would give her 6 stars if I could. Happy I found this office. Called on Monday and found a time that worked for me on Friday. Clean, neat, and well organised office. Front office was pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. Dr. Florendo seated me quicky and talked me through her entire exam.
While my eyes dilated I shopped for new frames. No pressure. Just nice assistance. Finished the exam, printed a prescription and emailed me the form. Parking is a bit tough as it is downtown, but not bad at all.
I'll be back in a year.

My family and I wanted to see a new eye doctor because our old doctor didn't do weekend appointments. I worked in Millbrae for 11 years and I am familiar with the hood. I called to make an appointment for my entire family, we were seen right away. Dr. Lee is a very young doctor but he certainly knows his craft. We were immediately comfortable with him. Vivian is a breath of fresh air, with her very pleasant personality (she was always smiling) and very patient with our questions. We have VSP insurance so the costs of our prescription and visit were kept to a minimum. They have good selections

We were in town visiting my husband's family when my husband tore his last contact lens. (I always tell aka nag him to bring extras, but obviously that suggestion was ignored!) We were able to get a convenient appointment with Dr. Lee.

I moved from orange county last year and was in desperate need of an optometrist since I couldn't go to the same place that I've been going to since I was a kid! I found this place on yelp while I was in the area and decided to give it a try.
I came in on a Saturday and was greeted right away by the receptionist. I wasn't too sure what my insurance would cover but since I have vsp, she was able to look me up right away and gave me a quick and easy rundown of what my insurance covers. Four words: Dr. Lee is amazing! Have you ever felt like you were getting rushed out of an appointment? I never realized until I had an appointment with Dr. Lee. He took his time to make sure that I left seeing my best. I have worn glasses since middle school and I don't remember seeing as clearly as I do now. I almost ran out of contacts because I lagged so long to make an appointment. He gave me a sample of the same prescriptions that I need to wear in the meantime while I wait for the new ones to come in. Customer service at it's finest! Moved to the peninsula and needed a new contact lens prescription. I found Optica on Facebook and decided to come in due to its close proximity to me. Let me say first that I HATE being upsold and given the run around.
I saw Dr. Lee and was in and out fairly quickly. He had a great attitude and didn't try to upsell me on any services or products. Even though I won't (hopefully) need to see an optometrist for another year, I'll be sure to come back here.
