Services
The price of our shoes and boots include the sculpting of a set of bespoke lasts made to craft your shoes or boots. Your personal lasts will be stored at our warehouse in Italy to be used again when future orders are placed. If you would like to only purchase your personal lasts so that a different shoemaker may craft your shoes, we do offer this service at $500 per pair.

A bespoke shoe or boot order may be placed through our website from our classic bespoke collection. On the next business day after you have placed your order, we will ship to you our Bio-Foam Box and email you a UPS tracking number. Delivery will take 2 to 4 business days through UPS inside the US, or 4 to 7 business days through DHL Worldwide Express outside the US.
Men's dress shoes seem to be the most difficult shoe category to shop for because they can easily create discomfort and cause damage to our feet. If you happen to own a pair of shoes that have become very comfortable over the years through regular wear, they have essentially become a negative mold of your feet, holding extremely valuable and accurate information about every contour of your feet.
We guarantee that each pair of bespoke shoes or boots we craft are made using an exact replica of each foot, and adjusted to match your fitting preferences and elasticity indexes. If we fail to do so, it is our obligation to remake them at no cost to you.
After each bespoke shoe or boot order is completed, our quality control process proceeds with reverse engineering the exact interior dimensions of your shoes or boots to compare them with your original foot dimensions, fitting preferences, and elasticity indexes to have the certainty that your correct foot information was used, and not that of a different client.

Placed order for special shoes (one foot swollen,this i didn't go to regular store).Paid some $850 USD,promised shoes in 6-8 weeks, had sort of X-rays done there.Shoes came in 2 month,from Firence? Well,it didn't fit,so new measuremens was done,promised in 6-8 weeks to be done.It was,but result was same - shoe didn't fit.So it took 5 mos,not able to do special shoes? Shady place,avoid,don't go there.
