Absolutely blown away at the superior quality and comfort! I’ve never before been able to wear a pump for more than 20 minutes, but I can wear the Perfect Pump all day long and not feel a thing! Love the wider toe box and extra padding. That’s why I now have 5 pairs. Their customer service is friendly and eager to help. Everything is top notch! Just got my shoes, I am so taken with the amazing quality and care with which they were packed and sent to me. I happened to have ordered a pair of Dior sling backs from Neiman Marcus that arrived same time. They had clearly previously been opened this was a return and the dust cases were not included and the box itself was scratched. I will never order shoes from Neiman Marcus again but absolutely I will order from Sara Flint. they're comfortable, well priced high quality shoes. The company gave me an excellent experience.

All it takes is one time slipping into these pumps to realize how special they truly are. As a young women who appreciates a pretty pump that not only fits well, but looks beautiful, Sarah Flint is at the top of my list. From the craftmanship to the materials used to the small details, these pumps had it all! I have a wider foot and high arch, so I truly appreciated the wider toe box and extra arch support - something I have never found in other shoe brands. I received my first pair of Sarah Flint shoes a couple of weeks ago and am so impressed! I love their classic styles that can be worn for many occasions. The sandals I have are their Perfect Block Heel in the 30mm. They are super comfortable and made really well! The gold color is amazing! Leather is super soft. I love them!

This is a brand that never compromises on quality, from the shoes to the packaging. I've dealt with customer service multiple times and they are always friendly and quick to answer my questions. Being a part of the Sarah Flint Ambassador program is truly an empowering experience. I was so excited to learn that we could each get $50 off my first (and her next) order.
Everybody there was nice, but can't close a sale.
I asked if I could pay over multiple cards, the sales girl said she didn't know and would ask.
After waiting 15 mins+ for no answer or follow up I decided to leave; saved myself over $500 for a pair of shoes I would have bought. Too bad, they were really nice. I really would have bought them.
