I think all lawyers and clients at any firm have a really tough relationship l. You want help. They want to make sure they're paid. No one trusts anyone. It's a crappy part of life
I have an employee assistance program (called LawPoint) that i used initially to look for counsel on some Family Law matters
Called them and scheduled a consultation. They were very quick to schedule it and reach out as planned, earning at least a single star. I noticed a place on hold and change in tone when i mentioned LawPoint but ignored it
During the "free consult" it was cordial and informative

I do want to give an open and honest review on Daniella and hopefully my one star review does not seem like it was based on emotion. Daniella is very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice regarding the immigration process so I would definitely give her 5 stars in those regards. The overall issue is that once you sign the contract, she makes you feel like a burden and, as somebody who is paying close to $4k, I would expect to be treated with some level of decency. The first issue was that she sent us an email after business hours saying that she could not make our immigration interview 8

After hearing horror stories from various British nationals , who after one year still had not received their green cards, I decided to hire a professional to help. I made an appointment with Miss Daniella Lyttle and she explained everything clearly and concisely. She explained what the cost was going to be, which seems like a lot but I felt this was going to be worth it.
