The clear-coat surface layer protecting your car's finish is less than five-thousandths (.005) of an inch thick; thinner than an ordinary household plastic garbage bag. It is so rare that I leave a poor review, but unfortunately I feel it is necessary because of my level of disappointment. My car actually came out dirtier than it was before. I had recently washed my car the prior week and cleaned my own windows on the inside, but because of the bugs being as bad as they are this time of year I had a few on the paint and windshield and wanted an interior vacuum, so I opted for the “Better” wash plus interior service. Total was $33 plus the $7 tip, very pricey for a basic automated service. The car came out, and not even 30 seconds went by of towel drying when

Heres the deal. The staff is typically friendly, and they are doing their best. Problem is the entire place looks like its leftover from the 50’s. Dark , musty and dingy , MOST of the equipment is either super old or not working. Many viewing windows are cracked, very dirty, or held together with duct tape , and more than one leaks water onto the floor. On several occasions I witnessed a broken brush arm loudly scrubbing the dirty wall and window frame of the car wash building, then automating back to my scrub my black paint. That was the cherry on top.They just let that thing run like that,

Buyer be ware: Purchased the generic package to clean dust off paint and clean the brake dust off the wheels/rims. After going through the wash the wheels/rims were just as dirty as when I entered. Politely asked to go through again but was denied because, “it’s not apart of the package” even though it clearly states on the website “Wheel & Rocker Blaster Rinse” included. Could have easily resolved and kept a new customer but they opted to not. Disappointing. *Not upset with gentleman who towel dried my car at all and was happy to tip them.

My husband and I own a Blue 2019 Forrester Sport and a 2008 Black Mazda 6 Sports sedan and we signed up for the monthly plan for washing our cars here, ever since we moved to Newtown, CT in 2018. So we can go down and have our cars washed as often as we want during the month. The service is great and the staff is very friendly, helpful, always with a smile, and hard working. Make sure they are gentle with your rear view mirrors and that they put them in every single time. My passenger side rearview mirror is now loose because they didn't put it in and I noticed too late. Otherwise normally I would give a 5 star. This is going to cost money to fix. Looking for a brushless option.

Believe the reviews....there is a reason why this place is a 2.8 overall out of 58 reviews. Just moved into town, have a few luxury cars that I wanted to get good with a car wash and purchase monthly washes...simply take your money elsewhere. I read the reviews, but always try for myself. It's a classic "get them in, get them out place." I watched the entire process...Aimlessly spraying everywhere interior, vacuum is so-so, and the end process...well one bit of advice, get some paper mats to put on the newly vacuumed drivers mat. There is literally pot holes of dirty water when you exit the wash
