Came here since I went to a salon nearby and was in desperate need of a wash after going upstate. Was kind of surprised by the results after. I paid for the mega wash ($34 including tax) and after I left and got home, I noticed the windshield was still dirty, the hood of the car had so much dirt , spray “stains” inside and the seats still needed a good vacuum. Although the outside is decently clean, I’m pretty disappointed in the interior cleaning. Will have to clean it myself

Amazing experience at this car wash. Owner is extremely nice and so are all the workers here. They do a tremendous job of cleaning the cars inside and out and have amazing prices as well. This service can't be beat! They even took out a scratch I had on my rear bumper free of charge. Highly recommended. This is officially my new go-to car wash in Hicksville!

I went for car wash to this location this morning . I got a mega wash , which was of $34 including tax . So disappointed with the service , it just took the under 3 minutes to clean interior area. Which wasn’t clean at all . All interior was dusty even after cleaning , mats weren’t washed so bad tho they mentioned it will be shampoo wash . Exterior also has all the wax marks which aren’t cleaned properly . Not a great service and not at all worth it for the money . Horrible experience, I just paid money for literally nothing . I did post pictures , I am unable to attach them here .

I wish that I can give this car wash no stars because the manager has no respect for customers and does not know the meaning of customer service. I have been coming to this car wash for over 10 years and buy the coupon booklets that have multiple coupons. I went to get a super wash because I had one remaining coupon in the booklet. The coupon was purchased 4/2018 and it says on the coupon that it expires in 2 years. The manager tells me that the coupon is expired and they can not honor the coupon. I tell him that Covid-19 happened prior to the coupon expiring and asked if he can make an exception

I like the fact that the gentlemen really take the time with the inside of the vehicle. Most other places I go, they really just do a "quick wipe" of the interior. And really leave all the nooks and crannies, still wet.
These guys were quick but paid attention to detail.
The establishment offers frequent wash packages and reasonable prices. A full service wash cost me $18.00 . The attached store has car accessories to keep you car smelling and

Hicksville Car Wash did a spotless job on my car today. The crew was fast and thorough. Best car wash in months. There is an indoor waiting area with a restroom that was clean and well-stocked. No complaints at all based on my experience.
Would definitely come here again. Found this car wash from a random search and came despite the bad Yelp reviews. On arrival the business looked fully open and welcoming. Sorry no pics but for the Mega Wash they did a thorough job inside and out.

The guys washing the cars are fine. No problem with them. Problem I have is with the manager - they sell my wife a coupon book for car washes that "never expire" and of course, tried to use one of them and manager tells me they have new ownership and can't honor them.
Same business, same name, but apparently new ownership voids the money we previously spent. Buyer beware - do not purchase car washes in bulk.

I went here because of the proximity of it to my house. I give it two stars because I wasn't pleased with the lingering stains after the car wash. I paid for the mega and while the inside for the most part was clean- I saw cleaning fluid on the mats. I didn't like their service and didn't feel I got what I paid for. Hope they improve but until I am told otherwise I will not be going there.

They did not clean one of the passenger windows at all and you could still see my dogs' nose marks on the window. The car was left greasy after spraying so much of the armorall stuff and not actually wiping it. I had to take a cloth and wipe down myself. They didn't touch the cup holders or the holders under the windows. Something had spilled the night before and the spill was still on the driver and front passenger seats. Not sure how they
