Terrible….. paid $54 bucks for “the works” package and the car was still dirty like the way when I brought it… smh also left with a bunch of fine scratches/ swirl marks. Would NOT recommend going here, the soap and wax machines barley spray anything on your car it’s like they are old and ran down.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Worst car wash I ever got!! I brought my new Durango there that I’ve had only 3 weeks and it looks worse then when I brought it there. I got the “works” wash that was like $50. They left water stains all over it and streak marks all over the glass. I was very disappointed.

Below average wash. They make it seem that you get a better final detail from the one man assigned but not true. I had to point out areas that there was still dirt on the front of the car and even after that he just wiped it with the cloth and didn't care to take care of it. I will not be going back to pay a premium price for a below average wash.

9/20 update—emailed the owner Mathew Silverman to report my experience and this was the response—
“Now that you have gone on Yelp to bash my business instead of trying to work it out with the me the owner. I am kindly asking you to not clean your vehicle at our business again.”

Went to get a car wash on 8/24 and despite being a long time customer and having no issues in the past, was told by the attendant he will not try to remove any of the tree sap.
I was running late to work so I left but called to speak to a manager

I have never written a review of any service before but what occurred fifteen minutes ago needs to be shared to warn others. I brought my car for a car wash at Great Neck Car Wash at 790 Northen Blvd. After… they washed it, I quickly looked over my car, paid, and got in my car to drive off and noticed the liftgate open light was lit. When I walked to the rear of the car I saw that they had knocked off a piece of the liftgate and had tried to trick me by taping it back on. When I went to the manager he first fumbled and then, when I pressed him, said it came off when they tried to open it
