Fix broken or nonworking computer components and make sure overall system remains healthy. Mr. Computer will log-in on your server weekly to check for (and if necessary, download) and install operating system updates and service packs. The technician will check for and update firewall, anti-virus or anti-spyware software or make the necessary recommendation if no such software is found.
Mr. Computer solutions include consulting and IT services for any type of computer hardware or other computer equipment. Computer hardware upgrades and repairs are made easy with our efficient order and install system - if Mr. Computer does not already have the parts you need, we will order and install them.
Mr. Computer will install (at no charge) a secure remote access program. An IT professional will then access you system once every week (typically on weekends or during non-business hours) and examine the overall server health. The technician checks for recent data back-ups, available storage space, chronic errors, updates to firewall, anti-virus or anti-spyware software then makes necessary changes and recommendations.
Mr. Computer data retrieval services will get your deleted data back fast. Our technicians diagnose the root of deletion and advise on how to avoid this conflict so future data retrieval is not necessary. Be wary of the minimum one hour charge for work that may take far less time. Say 15-20 minutes. I'm fine paying for your time but not O.K. paying you for time you did not work.
At $135/hour this was an expensive lesson.
Nice guys and have been helpful in the past but stopped sending them my business, after many years, when they pulled this gem out of the bag.
