Oasystec is your IT go to solution! After a regretful windows 10 upgrade, I messed up the network and the ports in our computers so we couldn't do anything! Really, Nothing! No accounting, bidding, remote deposits, etc. Gus at Oasystec felt my sense of urgency and was willing to come right away! He came in a resolved the issues within 20 minutes.

Gus and his partner did a nice, clean job installing an ethernet-web WiFi system in our apartment complex. They came exactly on time in the morning, carefully routed both the power and ethernet cables through the attics by using the existing building vents. Then they tested the two WiFi access points and by lunch time the tenants had access to high-speed WiFi. I highly recommend his services for any computer/WiFi work.

So we are a small Hazmat company and man oh man did we need help! Not only when I started working for this company as an assistant was I swimming in paperwork but ALL 5 of our computers were partially non operative or up to speed with our company needs, so then I was given the task of finding an IT guy and not just any IT but someone who is fair in price and honest but would be patient with my lack of technology to boot! Thank God I found Gus! he was a God send, not only did he give us a free estimate but he was extremely nice about the fact that I wasn't the least bit "Tech savvy"

Gus came out on 3/31/21 to give me a quote on an email migration and he was pleasant and professional. He told me he was willing and ready to take on my project and that it would be 6-8 hours of work. I thought that was a little high to move 2 email addresses and wanted to get other quotes so I let him know on 4/1 that I would be back in touch shortly. I didn't end up having the time to interview other techs so 5 days later on April 6th, I texted Gus to let him know that I wanted to proceed with him. I knew he had amazing reviews and came to the conclusion

Dropped video calls for work we're driving me insane. We needed someone to help us get reliable internet/WiFi to the garage. Gus is the guy! He's great. Helpful, efficient, punctual. Great service at a fair price. Gus tried to assist me remotely but determined an on-site visit was needed. I was having home PC issues and feared that I would lose treasured family photos as I had not backed up the computer. Gus showed up on time with a smile (and wearing a mask ) and was ready to take care of business. My computer was up and running within an hour.

I have given Gus a 5 star review in the past for setting up my office computers.
I must say he absolutely saved the day/week for me this morning. My computer would not even turn on and after a text of horror to him within 5 minutes my computer was back on and my business was again up and running.
Gus' went above and beyond yet again to take care of a local small business owner!! Can speak highly enough about his services and customer satisfaction!!

I was in need of some help to set up a home router. Many people were quoting me very high for what seemed to be a simple task. Gus took the time to give me a call and was beyond helpful in providing the information I needed in order to set up my home router on my end! I will start off by saying that 5 stars is extremely low in order to be able to rate how great Call-A-Tek really is. Gus is an absolute GENIUS in this field of work. If you are looking for help with something as simple as "I am having trouble logging on to the internet..." or as difficult it can be to set up an entire network for your home and or business needs, Gus is your guy.

Let's start off by saying that finding a good IT guy that is reliable is very hard to find. Gus is an absolute godsend. When my computers weren't connecting to the internet and Spectrum told me it wasn'ttheire problem, I went to Yelp to find someone who could. After 5 phone calls, 3 of which never called me back and 2 who said they couldn't bother with me for at least a week, I then found Gus. He called me back in less than 5 minutes after leaving a message, he stopped by my shop within the hour, and got me a proposal for the items I needed by that evening. In

I needed to improve the internet speed and WiFi in my office/warehouse. I contacted Call-A-Tek and Gus responded quickly and recommended a solution that fit my budget. He told me exactly what hardware he recommended, showed it to me on Amazon, and gave me the option of ordering it myself directly--that kind of complete transparency is rare with contractors. All the work was done over two days by Gus and another technician. Great communication, polite and efficient. A few days later, we discovered a problem sharing a file and Gus came by the same day and fixed it. I would definitely hire Call-A

Gus came highly recommended from a mommy friend of mine! We were having trouble accessing the internet in our office towards the back of the house, the signal was really poor. And I really needed it to work since I work from home! I called Gus and he answered right away and was able to come to my house that week to troubleshoot. He set up a wireless extender and now our internet back there works great! Gus has great costumer service and is very professional. I highly recommended for small or big projects!
