Contact your insurance provider. Explain the nature of the accident and request a claim number after your report has been filed. You are not obligated to use any particular collision repair facility to obtain repairs. You choose the repair facility and authorize repairs. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.

I had purchased a new 2021 Honda Accord in the first week of having the car a lady swiped me on a red light Ugeen took care of dealing with the insurance and making sure my car would come out of his shop the same way it came out of dealer men did he keep his word car looks amazing like nothing ever happened from now on if I ever have any wor to get done ill know where to go he is honest and take his business seriously thanks again Acton Auto body

Took car back 4 times. Paint on panel that was replaced didn’t match. Too much clear coat caused haze and buff marks all over where they blended paint on hood and bumper. They refused to fix and claimed it was industry standard. They also said that there was nothing more they could do. Manager was very condescending as well.

Brought my Ford F150 in for some body work. The work i had done was flawless , the truck came out looking brand new, inside was cleaned and pefect as well. Sonia and her team were great to deal with and very curtious and professional. This is the second car ive had work done by Acton Autobody and as usual not a complaint.

Positive and easy experience. I was able to bring my car for a quote right away after calling, and was able to schedule an appointment within 20 minutes of being in the shop and receiving the quote. I was informed of all procedures and repairs that would have to be done to the car, and Sonia took her time to explain everything to me, which was a change to previous auto body shop experiences. My appointment to drop off was seamless, and the repairs only took a few days. When I picked up, the car had been washed, and even the inside was cleaned up too :)

I almost went someplace closer, but thanks to the glowing reviews of Acton Autobody, I decided to drive a little further, and I'm so glad I did. It's like the accident never even happened. Very professional and pleasant office staff. The communication with my insurance company was seamless. I was very happy with the amount of time it took, also. There was one small delay of a couple of days because of something the insurance estimator hadn't factored into his estimate, but still done in 8 business days vs. the 6 estimated. The sign of a great body shop is the same as the sign of a great barber: they do their work so well that you can't even tell any work was done. That is certainly the description of Acton Auto Body. They did some collision repair on my Chevy Silverado pick up. They did such good work it looks as good as the day before the collision. Nope, it looks better. These folks are great to deal with and the quality of their work is the best. No one else will ever do any body work on any of my family cars ever again. Great job Acton Auto Body!!

Greatest Body Shop Ever!! They were extremely helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. Joe (the owner), is awesome and has a great crew. His Manager, Sonia Trinh, is the best !
