We are an Authentic Pilates Method of Body Conditioning Studio; therefore, we only offer private, one-on-one instruction. No group classes here. We focus on the client and their individual needs, designing a workout that corrects muscle imbalances and wrong posture. Pilates Studio 1007 is a tribute studio to our mentor Romana Kryzanowska (1923-2013).
Services
Pilates Studio 1007 is a Santa Monica-based private studio that offers one-on-one instruction only. We do not offer group classes. We focus on looking at the body in front of us to see imbalances and work on correcting them. Our studio only uses Gratz and Pilates Designs by Basil equipment, designed and manufactured to Pilates original specifications.

Pilates Studio 1007 is first-class. Joe and Robyn, the partners, are exemplary. The entire studio, including Geoffrey, another instructor, as well as the other patrons, are also top-notch...a wonderful community! Joe has changed my life. He is perfection in the way he instructs and holds us to the highest standards. The sessions are challenging, however, also supremely rewarding!
