Jessie Thomasson, Perry's father, offered Kevin to become part owner of the business. After Kevin became part owner, a decision was made to change the name of the business to Beach Funeral Services, Inc. The building was given a new look with exterior paint, business logo, landscaping and new furnishings.
In addition, a fleet of new cars indicated the business was growing in a new direction. Later that year, Jessie Thomasson sold his interest in the business to Kevin Sanderlin. In March of 2006, the property of the funeral home was purchased by Sanderlin Holding, LLC. Plans to renovate the existing facility begin immediately.

Extremely disappointed with the service!
We were told over the phone we would be informed ahead of time of the cremation of my grandmother, and when we check with them to get the date and time, we were told very rudely that she had already been cremated and we were not informed!! We live in another country and could not get back because of Covid and it was very upsetting to hear that this had happened without our knowledge.
We wanted to have a special ceremony at home on the day of the cremation, but we were unable to do so and the entire family was outrageously upset. Our 90 year old grandmother
