As with all that we do, we provide our families with an open door policy. Please feel free to contact us at anytime. Someone from our staff is in the building Seven days a week from 9 am to 5 p.m. However if there has been a death or an emergency we can be reached after hours you simply call our number and you will speak to someone from our answering service.

Many additions were made to the South Norfolk location providing a full-service funeral ministry of caring Christian service to the Tidewater area.

Earlier this year I became familiar with Graham Funeral Home as my fiancé had a dear family member pass away. The service and staff went above & beyond - Beautiful.

From the first phone call, our family received amazing service and guidance. Professional, patient and caring. Duane had worked with another family member 8 years ago and remembered us the moment we walked in, down to the smallest detail of the conversations we shared. I just want to express how grateful I am for this place and specifically Terri M. She was so Reassuring every time I spoke with her and made sure and made sure to express how much she wanted how much she wanted us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. She truly understands how hard this is. She seems to do every thing possible to to be there for the family & tried to make this process as easy as possible.
