Damien at Reliable Import Service goes above and beyond to help out customers. They value their relationships and do great work. They diagnose issues and give you the full breakdown of what happened and what is needed and the total cost and provide discounts where eligible without you even having to ask. When I need work in the future on any of my vehicles I will be going back to Reliable Import Service.

I have been taking my Audi to reliable import service and generally have had good experiences with them. I’m a little disappointed however from my last visit to not have received a checklist from my service inspection that shows the wear and tear and what parts might need attention in the future. I have received this before from them so a little disappointed I didn’t this time.

Highly recommend Reliable Import. They did some work on my Volvo and when the owner realized that an unintentional error had been made, he personally contacted me to make the situation right. I was very appreciative of the proactive actions taken by the owner and they followed through in every respect to make sure I was taken care of. Some of the best customer service I have ever received!

It is a relief to know that I can trust the advise of the people who take care of my car, which is rare when looking for a mechanic. If Lee says something has to be replaced or repaired then it has to be done.
Lee and his team have taken care of my Lexus ever since the warranty expired. My car is now 13 years old and it looks like she will keep going for a long time. I am very appreciative and thankful for the professionalism and care I get from Reliable Import Service.

Awesome shop! I trust them, they now work on all my cars (Mercedes, VW and Honda) because I know they won't try to convince me to fix something that doesn't need fixing! And they are great about letting me know what is on the horizon, what has some life left and how to prioritize repairs if I can't fund them all at the same time. Morgan and Brooke and Mike were great! Car was ready a day early! Can't say enough good things :-)

I had my Benz serviced here several times over a few years and I thought everything was great. They did run into an issue when replacing my batteries in which damage was done to another part. The owner totally took care of the situation and I was given a hefty discount too. No problem. I understand that things happen. I appreciate the owner making it right and he was very apologetic.
Fast forward to several years later. I moved to another city and decided to go back to the dealership to service my vehicle. Upon inspection, I was informed that the 2 batteries that were replaced were not Mercedes

My first time here was a pleasant experience. I could not get a local mechanic to touch my VW Touareg so I did a Google search and found Reliable Import Service and I am glad I did. They were able to fix my exhaust in one day despite me not having an appointment. Because they were fitting me in and I did not have a ride home I ending up spending about 4 hours in the waiting room. It was nice because they had wireless internet, a bathroom, and refreshments. The pleasant women at the counter even gave my GF and I gatorade and one even gave me her leftover lunch because I was STARVING by 5PM! I kid
